I went there to drop off food for my catering business, Rapped With Smoke BBQ. The inside was very clean and those I talked to were very professional.

I have called this office multiple times to cancel my garbage services due to moving. I have not received a call back, and I’ve left voicemails. I have received two additional invoices and still no resolution. Customer service is lacking.

I would give them a zero if I could. Can't get through in the phone, they put you on hold until you finally get tired and hang up. I have it turned off in the fall and turned back on in the spring WHEN I call to have turned on. They start charging me before I want the service resumed. Terrible customer service.
