Went into the store to have a new screensaver put on my phone because it was cracked. He put a new screensaver on didn’t clean my phone off and had a bunch of garbage on it. I wasn’t happy and he didn’t fix the problem.

Sunday Feb 2, 2025 I was in the store to replace a phone. The gentleman was amazing. I am horrible with names, but he was patient with me, not having any knowledge about any electronics. He didn’t rush me, he gave all the different choices I had on getting updated, what would be better for my plan, what would save us money. I have never came to the fourth sight store. But this will be my go to from now on. Thanks Barbara Crist.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with both Brad and Ty yesterday. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the different phones we asked them about. They worked together to figure out how to make it happen that we got just what we needed. They were extremely patient with us. They transferred everything, put screen protectors on and ensured everything worked on our new phones just the way we needed them too. We will continue to go back to this store and keep our fingers crossed that Brad and/or Ty are still working there. It was refreshing to be treated like they wanted to serve us, rather than most places acting like we are a bother. Thanks AT&T for hiring these young men!

Brad and Ty were amazing at helping me with all that I needed done. Got a good deal on a phone and some AirPods. Will definitely be going back to them in the future. I recommend that you go to them as well.
