I went to return my gum because it was bad the lady didn't give me a receipt and wouldn't let me return and the store manager had a bad attitude

This store doesn’t even deserve a One Star! Oh Rude of the cashiers and workers here . Management sucks as well . Management should be able to handle any issue that may arise in this store. It’s always the white cashiers here that are rude to black customers. This is not the first time that this has happened. Will never return to this location!!!!!

I needed things for my granddaughter birthday party. And stopped at this Forsyth Dollar Tree Store where Rylan, shared her superb customer service skills. She made my stressful time stress free after her help. She has the personality and smile that will warm your heart. Kudos Rylan!

Cashier was extremely rude. No polite greetings. First words were “I hate these things” as she picked up the silk flowers I was purchasing. Two were broken when she shoved them down in the bag. When I pointed it out, she did offer replacements, however the two I had were the last they had. Her next comment, “ they are only $1.25”. I won’t be back!

I ALWAYS shop Dollar Tree and love it. What I don't like is having a buggy full of bags and you want let the buggies go out the door. When a customer has that many bags that they can't carry, you need to let us use the buggies to take our goods to our vehicles. No one wants to leave their goods in the store, walk out to their vehicle and drive up to the front door and get out and go back in and get their goods. This is especially hard on the elderly. Change this policy.

I was told they sell balloons here and blow up balloons. That’s only partially true. If you want Mylar you’re in business but do not expect them to blow up latex balloons you purchase in their store. When I asked about that I was shut down by the rude balloon lady. Why sell the latex in your store if you refuse to inflate them? I decided to support the downtown small business instead. In the end I feel better about that than supporting a chain store with a rude employee.

They have a great selection, especially artificial flowers, the staff was not very professional though there was a lot of cussing and there were quite a few customers in the store at the time.
