I took my son to get shoes. It was our first visit to Finish Line. I gave him a budget, and he took his time picking out shoes. He was SO excited to find shoes exactly in his budget. We went to check out, and the shoes were mislabeled on the price. The man at the register went to check it. He saw that it was mislabeled. He said that we can have the shoes at the higher price or we can not get the shoes. We didn't get the shoes and we won't be back. We would have easily become regular customers, but I'm not supporting a store that tries to bait and switch customers.
Update: I contacted customer care like Finish Line suggested in their response. That only led to more poor customer service and no resolution.

Bought a pair of shoes couldn't try them on cuz my socks were too dirty so I bought them took him home try them on took him back a week later and they said I couldn't return them they were too small for my feet and now I'm stuck with him 100 $40 shoes and they don't give a fuk

Abysmal seevice, 3 people working and not one offered to help and when asked for service they said "ah I don't think we carry that" and went back to standing and leaning on a chair and their personal conversation. This store deserves to close in an already depressed mall.

I’m going to tail off of another comment I read. I went here about 8 days ago. It was a Sunday. I believe there were four people working. One didn’t have badge on, and they were talking in a group amongst themselves. I was standing there. No one helped. I had to go ask if the employees worked there. They said yes. At that point, the girl without a name badge helped me and was kind. They did not have the shoes I wanted in stock, so ordered them. I went on the app and ordered my wife some shoes. They got to me faster, and I didn’t have to stand around waiting on employees to help me. People don’t care about their jobs, and these jobs will be gone. I guarantee I never buy shoes from this store again. Over the years I have bought thousands from them. People that complain about our area, are the same ones standing around either on their phones or act as if they are at their house kicking it. 2 stars because once the girl remembered she was at work, she was nice.

I don't know that I have ever been so disgusted by the behavior of store employees. We went in yesterday to look for shoes for my daughter. As we entered we saw and heard 2 people screaming and swearing at one another. After a few seconds I realized that it was 2 employees. They were screaming and dropping the F bomb every other word. I said excuse me and made eye contact with the female employee, only to have her ignore me and continue with the screaming match with the other male employee. There was one other person working in the store from what I could see and he was simply watching the show. There were probably 10 or 12 other shoppers in the store at the time. I finally left as it became clear that they were more interested in screaming and cussing at each other then helping anyone. When we walked by the store to leave about 10 minutes later we could still hear them yelling. Completely unacceptable and I will not be returning!!
