  Ethan and Ross serviced my laptop which would not start Windows. Needed to replace the hard drive which would delete my files. They were able to replace the hard drive and also restore my files. Great guys, patient & smart! Extraordinary customer service!!

  Overall I was disappointed in my experience. I am a geeksquad member that I pay a subscription fee for. This has come in handy when having televiaions installed, but other than that it seems virtually useless. I cracked my phone screen on my Galaxy S23.
