This is a horrible example of a Hampton Inn. Dark with an uncomfortably small breakfast area. The hotel’s only elevator was filthy with cracked tile on the floor. My room had no wash cloths and the tub faucet was loose from the ceramic. There was no working internet during my overnight stay. It appears this hotel is prime for flipping to a Motel 6 or something similar.

I have stayed at several Hamptons and this was the dirtiest one I have ever seen. The entire place smelled like smoke that was attempted to be covered with room spray. All surfaces were covered in a layer of grime. The beds were uncomfortable and made noises when you moved. The sheets and towels felt like sandpaper. The front desk person had no desire to be there or greet guest.

Pros: it's a place to sleep. Cons: beds were like sleeping on the ground. Pillows went flat as soon as I touched them. Refrigerator looks like it had never been cleaned. One of the beds looked like a crime scene. Breakfast was a bit lackluster - no fruits.

Too many negative comments to even report. The only positive was friendly staff. Ceiling was drooping in our room and looked like it was going to fall down, uncomfortable beds, dirty elevator, piled trash and dirty linens outside of at least 5 or 6 rooms on our floor throughout the night and into the morning, dirty hallway carpet, mildew/mold in the bathtub, clogged tub and the drain was backed up with old hair and grit/dirt. The hotel itself smelled like mildew when we walked to the front door in our room was freezing cold when we got into it (had to wait to even take coats off).I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and it’s very disappointing that Hilton has its name attached to it. Even more disappointing is that we were given the contact info to a manager to call and not the other way around. I would expect after a complaint/issue of this magnitude that somebody would call us. I still do plan on reaching out to the hotel, but unfortunately due to a family emergency, that has not happened yet.Oh, and to top it off, they didn’t have my stay as a reward stay, so I didn’t earn points even though I booked my room through the app.

We attended a wedding near by. The hotel did their best to accommodate a "rush" of people. All good!

Our room was filthy when we checked in... found the sole of someone's shoe in the floor and old beer / liquor bottles under the bed. The toilet was dirty, TP was half used, carpet was disgusting and it's obvious they put the bare minimum into cleaning between guests.

We worked with Linda and Jeannie for military guests travelling for a funeral, 3rd party credit card authorizations AND they were fabulous. Super kind and responsive, very positive experience.

Hilton should remove the Hampton Inn designation. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns across the country and this facility was terrible. My room was changed to a handicap room for unknown reasons as I did not request this. I called 2x, one being the check in day to let the hotel know I was using a digital key but had a pet. I was instructed to stop at the desk, complete a form and pay a fee. So far, no problem. Upon arrival I had to look for a rep. I had to tell the rep that I was instructed to complete a pet policy form, to which she really did not seem to be aware. On accessing the room, bedding was laying on the couch table, presumably for the couch. No box boards around the bed to prevent pets from getting under the bed. Under the bed was filthy with plastic bags, food remains and assorted filth. The floor was so uneven the furniture leaned against the wall. This seemed common throughout the hotel. The mattress was saggy. The bathroom had a handicap table laying on the floor. The room was just outright dysfunctional. I had another function to get to and did not return to the hotel until later. Nobody ever seemed to be at the desk. The breakfast was good but the room needed to be maintained and cleaned. This place needs a lot of work. First, is the hotel even structurally sound, second replace the furniture, paint and clean up the nasty walls. The hotel was definitely not worth the points and money paid.

Stayed here for a week. Asked for the room to be cleaned four times; didn’t happen once. They came in and emptied the trash and made the bed one time. And that was after the first two cleaning requests. Didn’t change the towels or actually clean anything. The thing is, I don’t trash hotel rooms and I’m not dirty. I only need housekeeping every three or four days. These guys couldn’t pull it off I don’t think this place will be a Hampton Inn very much longer. The Wi-Fi went out a week ago and won’t be repaired for two weeks. I’m posting this review from the Holiday Inn which I moved to today. I’ve stayed at the Forsyth Hampton four times since June. It’s worse every time I go. The people that work there are nice, but don’t seem to have any leadership. It seems like a management problem. The only place they have service is during the breakfast. There is never anybody at the front desk at this hotel, and if you need anything you need to yell for them. There was a guy running cable for the new Wi-Fi two days ago. There is still fiberglass on the carpet in the hall that hasn’t been vacuumed up. Who knows how much is floating around the hotel for you to breathe in during your stay. I’ve stayed a ton of these, and would recommend several locations across the country, but this isn’t one of them.Safety: Quiet area.

Booked for 2 nights at $150 which was overpriced. Room was just ok. Instead of a fresh roll of toilet paper, a half used one. No room cleaning for 2nd day. Beds not made, no fresh towels. They tacked on an $50 additional fee and they charged my card $384 the first night we got here. Not coming back.

Not as nice as other Hampton locations. The room smelled musty. The wireless internet did not work. The front desk clerk and the breakfast attendant spent more time smoking out front than they did helping guests. No staff ever greeted us. We stayed at another Hampton Inn location the following night and it was great. We will bypass this location next time we drive this route.

I booked online. I checked in with no problems. The room was decent. The floors just smelled old and needed deep clean. Breakfast was good. Overall, my stay was great. The pool was very, very salty chlorine.Nearby activities: A lot of restaurants are around walking distance.

I normally give good reviews but I must keep it real. This was a disappointing experience. The hallway floors were despicable. No microwave in room. To heat food required going to the lobby. I have been staying at 4 star hotels and I have never been accessed a incidental fee upon arrival. Felt profiled. I will never go back nor recommend. Pay a little extra and stay at Homewood Suites.
