“We went to Lowe's on Thursday to purchase a new refrigerator. The associate that helped us, Dave (aka Tony), was kind, answered all the questions we had, and genuinely showed interest in our needs and the model we'd selected. It's really rare to see this, and he deserves accolades for great service. Fast forward to the Sunday delivery. The two guys who made the delivery had our old fridge out, the new one installed with ice maker/water, and leveled within 25 minutes. We have a tricky entrance way with steps and turns and they navigated it without any issues at all. Shout out to Johnny and Yahweh who started in St. Louis that morning and did the delivery to perfection. Other appliance stores need to get a clue from these folks. More places need employees like these three guys.”
