Love shopping at Staples for all my office and home office supplies. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable (Chris and Justin helped me with all my needs and I was extremely satisfied!). I also LOVE the new "Rewards Program" and I highly suggest you join it if you haven't already. It is extremely easy to use and worth having the "App" on my phone. I've already earned and used over $300 this year and it's only May. I love saving money on my purchases and you can't go wrong with the rewards program. Thanks Staples for everything. You really make my work life so much easier! Keep up the great work! ❤️

Every time I go into this store I am asked if I need any help and if I decline, they are always polite and tell me if I need anything at all to let one of the associates know then allow me to do my shopping. This store is one of the BEST Staples I have been too and I appreciate the help and speed of checking out every time I go into shop. THANKS!!!

I have never been treated so rudely. I came in at 7:30 on January 31 for an Amazon return (they close at 8). The man said that I was going to be the last one, and I heard a woman ask him why people always feel like coming in at the last minute. The way they spoke to all of the customers in the store was very curt and bossy. I got a coupon for 15 percent off, but I couldn't use it because I was rushed out of the store.

Extended warranties are garbage. The way it's explained in the store at purchase is completely different than real life. On top of that, The assistant store manager is as rude and disrespectful as any person can be. I would never recommend ever going to the Decatur Staples ever again.

Thanks for “safely” packaging up my gaming PC. It’s completely destroyed now, and you guys never put “FRAGILE” on the box like I asked, so Lord knows when and where my PC broke this badly. IT WAS LITERALLY MANHANDLED!!!
