“The Guys are always friendly! Just left there and noticed they didn’t vacuum the back seat of my car nor did they wash the windows. 103.00 for a full service. They always have vacuumed the entire car and washed the windows! My windows needed washed!”

“I needed to replace the plates on my car and couldn’t do it myself because the screws were so rusted and needed to be drilled out. The Toyota dealership was going to charge us $60 for every screw that needed to be drilled out. I called Fleenor and Robert’s Christmas Eve morning. They got us in right away, drilled out and replaced the screws, and put my plates on free of charge. What a surprising kind and helpful experience over the holidays. I will be recommending any one in the Decatur area there. Thank you so very much! Merry Christmas!”

“They not only provide excellent service with fair prices but they truly care about their customers. I had just dropped my son off at college and was ready to make the over 1000 mile trip home when my van started making a loud sound. The owners took me under their wings, got me in quickly, and fixed my van so I could safely make it back home. Thank you for all you did. I will be forever grateful. As soon as my son has a car I know he'll be in good hands taking it to South Shore.”

“Had a Ford Escape with a trashed 6F35 transmission. Ford would only put in a new one for $7,000. Why would I put in one with the same shortcomings as the one that failed? S&S rebuilt it (with upgrades) for $4,600. The car shifts smoother and performs better than it ever did. They earned my trust and any business I can send their way.”
