Staff was very friendly, and very patient, one lady was in the store very very irate crying, yelling, and the representative there kept his cool done what he could to help her, of course she did not calm down but he still went above and beyond for her..kudos to him..

Terrible customer service. They use the ole bait and switch sales technique. All their ads and customer service say one thing but when you sign up for the plan it is completely different.

I suggest firing everyone who works here including the general manager and whoever responds to all of the negative reviews with a generic statement. I have never seen this many worthless employees all at one place. I've had Verizon for 16 years. This is a corporate store capable of servicing (Business & Personal) accounts....I've had both and never had an issue with employees in the past making changes to my account. If these guys aren't selling and getting paid a commission they pass you off to a 1-800 number for service. With almost no inventory of phones...it doesn't make any sense to keep this store open. I am now canceling the phone service that I've had since 2004...because of the lack of service from this local store.

Never mind the fact that the guy took my screen protector off and didn't give it back, I walked in and was rushed through everything trying to upgrade my iPhone 6 Plus, to the iPhone 7 plus. I can't remember the men's name but he had the iPad when I first walked in. At one point he just walked away and didn't say a word. Comes back out and says "well are you ready?!" Then! Takes my screen protector off, rush rush rush, then tells me that I owe $35, I ask what for and he says "activation fee". I was told online that there wouldn't be an activation fee if it was going on the same account, which it was. Then exclaims "they never give you free activation". So I walked out. Then realized he didn't give me my screen protector. Needless to say, I ordered over the phone. Makes me never want to go back in that store. I'll shop elsewhere! (Seemed like he was training a man named Jason)
