Bill and his sons did an excellent install of my sound system for my boat last year (2024). 8 speakers, 1 sub, 1 amp, 1 in-cabinet stereo w/ 2 head units. As well as a gps chart plotter. This year I had a technical issue with my gps chart plotter not showing a depth reading or sonar image. Bill worked tirelessly to rectify this including multiple calls with Garmin tech support. In the end, Garmin sent a new unit (under warranty) and rectified the problem. This likely cost Bill and Audiosmith many hours and loss of revenue, but most importantly it shows the support and dedication he gives his customers. A+++. - Thank you again Audiosmith!

The customer service is bar none! Tech came out to troubleshoot why my sub suddenly stopped working. Turns out the sub shook its own connector nut loose. Truely a shop that wants to have a good business WITHOUT sacrificing service and hospitality. That goes without mentioning, they KNOW what they’re talking about, so I could have faith that recommendations were based on the best outcome, not the highest profits. I will be using them for all future audio needs.

Exceptional Service and Expertise
I recently contacted Bill for a quote on a complete marine stereo upgrade. He responded promptly and had a detailed quote ready within a couple of hours based on our initial conversation. A few days later, I visited their shop and met with both Bill and Dan. They took the time to walk me through all the available components and had a thoughtful discussion about the best options for my needs and budget. Their commitment to finding the right solution was greatly appreciated.
Dan later came to my home to complete the installation while the boat was still in the water, saving me the trouble of renting a trailer. I hung around for much of the installation, and Dan's technical skill, attention to detail and craftsmanship were immediately evident. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations.
I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience and will certainly return for future needs. Thanks again Audiosmith

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!
walked in and got assistance… but it was very non professional and told me good luck starting your car as they slammed the keys down on the desk to give them back to me. Also when I got into my car, my seatbelt on the passenger side was wrapped around the headset of the seat and still is because it will not unwrap to how it was. I will now need to take off the whole seatbelt and work on it to get it back to normal.

Even though AudioSmith was over a hour drive away I have to say it was well worth it. Brought my new bronco raptor to them with a budget in mind. They stayed close to my budget w/o trying to upsell me everything. They gave me a few suggestions and let me decide. Went with hertz cento speakers and a JL sub . All I can say is this system ROCKS ! Couldn’t be happier. Very fair price to say the least. Bringing back my F150 raptor for an upgrade as well. I definitely recommend AUDIOSMITH.

I asked the owner to make my truck sound like a concert for x amount of dollars and he did just that in the time we agreed. I would recommend this place to anyone.
