I realize some people are salary employees but not everyone is. Questioning why a paycheck is more money than the last time I was there is pretty rude and unprofessional of a financial institution in my opinion. Purple haired girl.

Great service, always from this currency change and I am in quite often due to upkeep with registration on vehicles. I never have a problem and both employees are always great and very nice. They are very quick when it comes to doing all the steps for the registration and I don't have to worry about waiting in any lines at the DMV. Would recommend!!

Horrible customer service from the individual with purple hair. Very rude. No masks on from either employee. Gave me attitude after I asked her for exchanging currency. Did not want to move a muscle. Colored hair girl didn’t even know what she was doing. Had to ask other girl what and how to do her job. Better off driving to another facility.

I had time constraints on a bill to be paid and I called over there for council. Spoke with Mariah and gave me solid direction to take care of my needs. Went there to do the payment and Ben and Amy all pitched in and quickly took of everything. They are the best and gave geat service... You all are the best! Thanks

Mariah clearly doesn’t know what she is doing and When confronted she displays a really smart attitude. If you look at previous complaints about her, I don’t know why management doesn’t do something about it. She has my license paperwork so goofed up that I don’t know how I’m going to straighten it out. Not to mention the cost involved to change it. I will never go back here for anything, not going to support this local business. The gentleman working there tried to intervene the first time I was there, he needs to speak up on behalf of that business.

This is the second time I've walked into a currency exchange to have plates drawn up for a vehicle, only to have the state send me back paperwork asking me to pay additional money to get my renewal or plates. The entire purpose of going to a Currency Exchange instead of filling out the PDFs and reading the rate schedule myself was to pay a little more for accuracy. I approached the business and explained that the difference in the dollar amount was less than their service charge, and they should cover the cost since the service charge was added to get it right. They refused to do so, so I had to pay the service charge for inaccurate work, which is going to cost me time and more money to correct.Also: If you're in the market for a Fox Waterway Agency sticker, the place to buy them is right across the street without paying their service fee. They won't tell you that.Absolutely terrible customer service.
