I had a bad tire, and googled the closest place to my house, which happened to be Depot Tire & Auto Service. I read some reviews (which are impressive), checked some pricing (incredibly reasonable) and decided to give it a try. These people could not be nicer! Fixed my tire super fast and I was on my way. I am very happy to have “accidentally” found them, and will definitely be back for more services in the near future.

Today I had to drive my car 1/4mile from my apartment, down to Depot Tire because I was on a complete flat tire. I had tried stupid garbage fix-a-flat that didn't do ANYTHING. I had a spare but couldn't get my lug nuts to break loose because of a previous tire shop putting them on with ait tools and way way too tight, I have always been able to change a tire my whole life but between the cold and lug nuts being way over tightened I was hopeless. I pulled up to the Depot and asked if they could just fill my tire for me, but they could see right away it wouldn't fill. So the AMAZING and kind woman who owns the ship with her husband said she would have the guys put my spare on for me and put the bad tire in my trunk. She knew I had NO MONEY at all and was in desperate need because it was my sole vehicle and I care for my disabled mother. She had them take the bad tire off, put on my spare and threw my bad tire in the trunk for me and did it with no charge knowing I was 100% desperate and had no way to pay and it was an emergency. They didn't have to help me,they are running a business. But she found the kindness in her heart and helped me putting kindness first. I will forever be grateful and wish more companies put a person's well being before money, Depot Tire shows that not all mechanic shops are out to make as much money as possible. Thank you so much Depot Tire for saving me and by helping me allowing me to still be able to take care of my disabled mother. This type of integrity is very rare today. Thank you all again 🙏 you were the answer to my prayers.

Being newer to the area, we had to find a new shop we could trust. This place is it! They do solid work at a fair price. They’ve given us great advice to stretch out the life of our cars and told us a couple times about work we did not need done (that we thought we might!). They know cars. Also, they don’t do work outside of their expertise just to get your money (they directed us elsewhere once for more complicated electronics/wifi stuff). I’m sooo glad we found Depot T&AS when we moved here.

After having my brakes done on my 2018 FORD F150, I just brought it back in for the RING & PINION/REAR DIF failing on the truck (at 90k miles). ALL I can say is, THEY ARE AWESOME and at a GREAT PRICE. Good a communicating, awesome with scheduling, AND point out stuff that doesn't need to be done IF it doesn't need to be done, savings you money. HIGHLY recommend any maintenance fo repairs from them =D

Joanne and Tom are the best! We've been going to Fox Lake Depot Tire for years... I can't believe we haven't given a review till now because they've always been five-star service for us. Absolutely fair pricing, and they're totally upfront about how much time it will take to do a job (and they often get it done sooner). On top of that, I don't think we've ever had to bring a car back because they screwed something up! They really care about their customers and we don't really trust anyone else in the area with our cars.

Hi everyone, I am a resident of Fox Lake and this was my first time using Depot Tire & Auto Service. I want to let everyone know that the service was amazing from stopping in to discuss a quote for repairs until it was complete was amazing my Infiniti and my Lincoln have found a new home for all services. I hope everyone has a chance to check out their amazing service and employees from a basic oil change to transmission service. Thanks again for your amazing service.
