You pay a ridiculous amount of money to have your taxes done and then when you have issues, they wash their hands of any issues. I have called the 800 customer service number, and have also asked for the manager of fox lake to give me a call back, and they dont even have the courtesy to call you back. I would not recommend you go here if you want to get your refund back in a timely manner because this is the 2nd year they caused my taxes to be delayed. Last year, they never submitted my WI taxes and after many phone calls, finally in July they submitted them. This year, they dont send in the paperwork for the WI state again, and now its delayed, and my FEDERAL taxes which have never been delayed, is sitting there and nothing being done with them after 6 weeks, and there response - NOTHING.
