Do not shop here. They will sell you a machine that doesn't work out of the box and then not take it back 2 hours later and refuse to help you. Filing formal complaints again them AND the corporate for their practices. The whole company is rotten to the core.

Customer service employee problem. Instead of helping a crowded check out line, employee just stood there and watched when a customer was being harassed by other customers in line because it took about 1 minute to add items to the cart.

The manager of this store Jose Mendoza is very aggressive towards customers with absolutely worst additude I ever meet in my life.
Never again.
Selling defective items and they refuse to take it back with nonsense reasons.
Absolutely worst experience ever.

I have been to this Menards probably a few hundred times in 5 years! I did multiple renovations and indoor, outdoor projects. I have used the pick-up service and contractor team in the back and have been in the yard many times.
I can't remember ever having a bad experience. Fortunately, my knowledge is probably levels above most of the employees, so I do not need their help as much as others.
When I need a thing-a-ma-jig, I know where to go in the store. The only thing I do not shop for is tools! For that, I go to other stores. Maybe that section has gotten better, but I do not venture into those isles. I will buy smaller bits and blades if I need them.
Clean store, friendly staff, and a food and candy section better than any other hardware store!

Love that you can get just about everything there, even treats, lol. They carry my favorite 4 packs of pop. Where else can you get some KFC scented fire logs?!

Second menards we have been to looking for heater. Heater is advertised on website but nearest one is like a 2-hour drive. Apparently the store will not order the heater for us and told us that if we want that heater we have to make the drive or find something else. Horrible customer service did not seem to care. If they're not able to get something in stock they should not advertise it on their website or store floor.

Very bad customer service between Josh store manager and Jose they make you feel that you are worthless when you return a refrigerator that never worked from the first day they take 25% of the price you paid in my case it was $700 (be careful do not buy a refrigerator at Menards No Menards Manager helps you, everyone agrees, super bad service...
