Ashley is your go-to girl!
I had an interesting situation, as to selling my house. She was there for me every step of the way. She was in constant contact and anytime I didn’t understand something, I’d email her and she’d promptly message me back. Sometimes I would call after hours and she would answer, never annoyed, and was always cheerful and happy.
I couldn’t have had a better experience, honestly. She explained every step thoroughly, multiple times if needed, would give me different scenarios depending on what might happen, and was just overall amazing.
If you have no clue what you’re doing, she is who you need!!!
I am forever grateful for everything she did for me.

This is the first time I have used Nippersink Title. Being a loan officer I have to say I have never had a more professional, streamline closing. I would recommend them highly!

I'm not even sure what to say other than Ashley the VP is beyond amazing and without her our closing would have been an even further mess! Buying and selling a home is stressful as it is, and the last thing you need is issues at closing. Even after reviewing multiple loan documents dozens of time our loan set up was not correct which we didn't find out until we got to closing and began reveiwing them with our attorney. We thought for sure we would have to push back our closing again due to this. Ashely and her team jumped into action!!! They reached out to the loan company and worked directly with the funder to get updated and corrected paperwork sent over to her office within the hour and had the loan company wire over the balance of the funds now needed to the loan company's screw up. Our closing was only delayed by an hour or so and everything was correct and completed as it should have been the 1st time. This is not the 1st home we've sold and bought and we've had other title companies in the past and I can guarantee that NONE of the other title companies would have stepped up like this. Even though it wasn't an issue that had anything to do with Nippersink, they are the ones who took the initative to jump in and help us get it corrected. All title companies are not the same and will not go out of their way, I say this with experience. Even though we weren't near Fox Lake the few minutes extra drive to go through Nippersink was more than worth it. When buying/selling your next home, make sure you have your attorney choose Nippersink, because it's worth the peace of mind to know they will do whatever they can to make sure they help you close.
