Wow, I never received such a service. I can't remember his name, but he was a gentleman. He told me to go to his truck, not wait in the cold. Then he helped me get out. Truth gentleman. Thank you. You made my day.

I just wanted to send a huge Thank You to Cary with Patriot Towing and Recvery! About an hour ago my mini van drifted on some snow off Spring Grove Rd in Johnsburg, IL. They were the first company I called and even though he wasn't familiar with the area he told me he would be there in 30 min. He literally came to my rescue and I had my two small kids in the car and made sure we got out and were safe. He was very nice and kind. I am so appreciative of his efficient and gentle nature and are so grateful he was able to help us today! Thank you Cary!!!!!

This place towed my 1991 camaro 43 miles. And they damaged it enroute and tried to say it was wind damage. Yet the part was completely fine with no issues. When brought to there attention they tried to say its not there fault. But sorry a piece doesn't fall off midway thru a tow and stay laying on the trailer. The whole staff there are conniving and ignorant people. Worst tow service ever.Service: Car towing

My car got a flat on I-74 between Cognerville and Goodfield, in a terribly location at that. Upon waiting for my insurance to "find a provider" from 7pm -9:55pm, to no avail, I decided to google and do it myself. I was referred to Patriot towing, by another towing company in Eureka that was unable to help at this time who highly recommended this business.Within minutes of calling, they were on their way to change my flat. He left, found my car, and changed the tire within one hour! I was also able to pay over the phone and he was willing to do it without me there, even knowing that my car might not be accessible and he'd have to wait 30mins for us if that were the case. 10000/10 recommendedService: Tire change
