Whenever I've had to go into the lobby for something, everyone is always helpful & makes the experience pleasant. I had a package get delayed along the way recently & called in to ask about it. Shannon, the PostMaster, was most attentive to my situation, kept me informed during the investigation & when it was located, called me herself to let me know my item would be delivered. I'm very pleased & feel like these people really care & I think they're doing a great job over there in that Twin Lakes Post Office.”

Many of you might not realize, but the word is they will be closing 100's of small post offices like this one across the country.
Sadly, the local small town USPS's we all know and love may be a thing of the past as they find ways to increase revenue while minimizing the services they provide.
I have never had an issue with this office and will continue to drop off my packages.”
“We have a very nice post office in McHenry. The staff is efficient and helpful. Sometimes during the holidays, there are long lines, but that is to be expected. If you have a package with prepaid postage, you don't have to wait in line. You can just drop it off on one of the counters or put in the drop box. Best of all, postage rates have remained reasonable, even in these inflationary times.”
