My mother went into this store to get a first responder discount renewed since my dad is a retired police officer. The spring Grove location told her she would have to cancel her account AMD reopen the account under my Dads name. She had never had to do this in the past and she had the discount on her account but it needed to be renewed. What these asses did was force my mom to open a new account closing hers the phones she had on her account had a buy one get one free a while back that she took advantage of. When they reopened the account to get this discount she was billed $2200.00 for the phones she already paid for on her account and they talked her into giving a credit card to get an additional discount. T-Mobile then charged her card for the $2200. She went back and forth with the store and they never got her resolution. Come to find out the first responder discount was never applied. Found out later this store gets credit for new lines of service this was the motivator I believe to change her account to get that sale. Stay away from this store the are shady and are only looking out for themselves. Not only is my mom the primary caregiver to my father who has COPD, Afib, prostate cancer and a brittle diabetic. He was in ICU for most of this fight to get her account back to what she had and was told they could not. They did issue a very small credit foe one of the phones that they charged again. They pit the credit on her original account and since it was now closed she could not get access to it after many trips to the store to get resolution it was the same story. She contacted the customer service and they did get the credit moved but they would mot refund for the phones she had already played for on her account. I would understand if she got new phones under the new Account but she kept the ones she had for the past 2 years. Please do not support this location they are very shady and did not guild my elderly mom in the right direction. This was pure greed on their part. #tmobile #crooks #greedy #elderabuse

I went into the T mobile store frustrated and left very satisfied and happy. Nick helped me save money on my internet service and now I have Tmobile 5g in my home and it’s working great. It’s only a fraction of what I was paying for home internet. Thank you Nick for addressing all my concerns and frustrations!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with this location! Nick was extremely friendly, helpful, and made the whole process of switching carriers and setting up our new phones/internet a breeze! Will definitely be returning next time we need anything.

Nick and Caitlynn were great to work with! When I first called Caitlynn was very helpful on the phone and Nick made upgrading my phone & phone plan in store a breeze! My new go to T Mobile store, thanks so much for the great experience!

The manager nick in fox lake brings his 5 yr old to work and he runs around touching everything and bouncing off the counters. No time to waste helping me fix my phone

My phone had locked up accidentally and I was unable to get in. Nick did a factory reset for me and was able to get all of my contacts and most importantly my photos, these guys are the best.

The manager at this location nick and the girl with glasses (not sure her name Caitlin or something) are absolutely horrible! They have the worst customer service ever! Called yesterday to get a replacement receipt for My purchase I made last week and spoke with nick he was beyond rude! Went in and picked up my receipt and was informed by a different associate that nick told them that they better not help us when we come in. I'm sorry but how is that okay!? I would definitely avoid this location at all cost. Will definitely not be going back! They definitely need some customer service training!

Nick and Drew were such a huge help and really listened to my concerns. Nick was extremely helpful, and even called my old provider on his own personal phone to switch my number. Helped me sign up for a plan and actually took their time explaining all of the details. Even gave us a free wifi router to try for 15 days! Extremely helpful and kind staff, very glad to be a t-mobile customer now! Would highly recommend seeing manager Nick and Drew.

I have been avoiding dealing with getting a new phone because of the high cost and the horrible time I had when I previously switched to Xfninity. However, I stopped in to the Fox Lake T mobile to see what they had to say and they gave me an offer I could not refuse. I went in the next day after sleeping on it and the guys exceeded all expectations on setting me up. Nick explained the things they were doing to transfer and set me up and things went pretty quickly. I am very happy with the phone and service and so the home internet trial is working out too. The other customers in the store were being taken care of well while I was there as well. This location really had their act together and there was no wait time, surprising on a Saturday.

Adrian and Nick were absolutely amazing! We came in wanting to get a new phone for our son and to figure out how to reduce our bill each month and they helped with both. They both were so knowledgeable and made sure all of our questions were answered. Definitely will return back to that store if we need anything!

I tried to trade my iPhone 11 for an iPhone 14 and I was told this wasn’t possible if I did not buy the adapter as well. This is a lie I have confirmed with T-Mobile corporate and the salesman was just trying to pad his numbers. I had gone to another T-Mobile the day before and they had sold me the adapter without telling me. I did not notice until I walked out of the store, so I tried to return the adapter and they told me I would have to cancel the whole transaction so I did. Two times T-Mobile reps tried to sell me something I did not need just so they could boost their sales numbers. I ended up switching to AT&T where I got the iPhone 14 for free with just switching over and starting a new account. T-Mobile was only offering $400 dollars off, so in the end it was a way better deal.
