“When you find a neighborhood mechanic that knows their stuff and gets the job done, you want to keep that to yourself!! It is like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
I have tried a variety of mechanic shops in my area, and many have been bought out by larger conglomerates and no longer have that personal care anymore. The pricing goes up, and just to look at your cars computer for error codes, they have a fee.
These guys care, and if you need an honest answer and assurance they will get the job done, then this is the place. Remember, it is a small shop, and they may not get to your car that day, so you may need to leave it for them to get it into the service bays.
If it is an emergency or your only car, just let them know. We have had tires, brake jobs, mechanical issues, and small and large repairs done there.
The parking in front can be challenging, but you can pull into the gated area, and they will talk to you there. It is also easy to turn around to get out onto the street.”

“Had someone hit my rear bumper and I found BVA on Google search. SO GLAD I DID! Not only did they work with me when I asked if they could fix the bumper instead of a full replacement they kept my car when I had to go out of town.
Well, Nancy called me for an update on something while I was in the process of having a very bad morning and even gave an ear when I needed it. When I came back into town. Not only did they did a phenomenal job fixing the bumper, they waived my storage fee, AND even touched up the paint on my passenger wheel well from a grocery cart being dragged about 8 inches down the side at no charge. She said that it sounded like I was having a really hard time and that they just wanted to do something nice for me and they had the paint.
ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH AMAZINGLY GOOD HEART! I definitely will be going here for any and all auto body needs going forward. Thank you BVA for everything you did for me that weekend.”

“I'm mechanically inclined and able to do most all work on my vehicles over the years. Got this 95' Honda Civic and it's runs very good until it don't. Changed the head gasket on it myself, then new distributor, wires, plugs, seals and gaskets from head up, thermostat, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, ecm, a lot of stuff. On my way to work (20 miles) I would stop at a gas station to get snacks and it wouldn't start when I would come back out. After a few trys it would start up and go. Couldn't diagnosis the problem myself so I looked up a local automotive shop. They had a good rating which is important because it tells you the experience others have had. Called them up, they towed my Honda to their shop and called me a day later explaining the fuel pump was bad would I like for them to fix it. I was able to pick it up after work.
Bottom line, my experience is they are fast, reliable and do good work. You won't be sorry!”
