Most of the workers are amazing, expect one guy with grey hair and a grey beard berating me for not having tape on me. Everyone else tapes my box for me, he tried to make me buy tape when there is an open tape roll right next to him. He should take a note from his wonderful coworkers and stop trying to force sales and berate people. I work retail so I always try to be understanding or workers during the holidays, but this man was vile.

It is an outdated, throwback of a post office, but service was superb, friendly and had a good sense of humor. It was the most pleasant postal experience I've had in some time.

When going to the Fox Lake, IL post office these days it can be a hit or miss regarding customer service. This week I was extremely pleased having met and had a wonderfully engaging experience with the postal associate at the counter. Natalie was incredibly personable while being a consummate professional serving her customers while developing a rapport! While we sometimes focus on the negative, it is important to acknowledge a wonderful experience also! Well done Natalie! Thank you for your service to a customer base that can sometimes be less than appreciative!

Your LAZY employees never bother to come to the door when they have to deliver letters that require signature. They just leave it in the mail box or in the WRONG mail box!

Refused packages without a manifest. Problem is USPS doesn't count that as formal acceptance and won't honor an insurance claim when the manifest is used. Too lazy to take 10 mins to scan packages. What a joke.

The packages always come days after the expected delivery date. I been trying to contact Usps for 45 minutes on 3 different phone calls regarding a lost , expensive package but it’s impossible to talk to an actual person. It’s just one giant endless loop of automated telephone service. After Screaming and my blood reaching it’s boiling point I just gave up. The entire world has returned to normal from Covid besides these people. I guess I shouldn’t expect anything less from lazy government employees. Oh and this is the only place on the planet that can’t print anything for you. No printer or pure laziness, you decide
