Very disappointed with my mom's manicure, we had Abigail, my sister was mad at me for not noticing at the moment, ohđ˘well I'm mad at my self too. Never judged a book by its cover.
Lesson learned.
Will never recommend this place.

I tried to make a consult with this salon; life got in the way more than two times. The last consult I made after speaking with Alyssa, I returned my call a few days later. I asked Adam if Alyssa knew how to curve and round cut. He didnât know and didnât make any attempt to find out. He also wasnât very approachable and had an attitude. I canceled my appointment prior to my consult following his and my conversation. I tried to see if they could add blonde highlights to copper highlights; they told me I no called no showed one too many times. I told them I was not a no call, no show; I had previously canceled my appointment after having spoken to Adam on a day when Alyssa was not in the salon. On another hand, they keep track of phone numbers in their system. From your phone calls they know how many times you call, you show up, appointments kept, and no shows - not even as a client. Do not recommend this salon. A year later after giving them another chance. No way. Run from this salon.
Last year
When I spoke to Adam about round cuts and curve cut I would not recommend any individual to this salon for Erica. For a year and a half, each time I have called to schedule a consult she has no availability. She has repeatedly been away from the salon due to surgeries or vacations. Additionally, Erica does not have any openings in her schedule for a ten minute consultation. You literally have to wait and schedule a ten minute consultation three months out. She is very difficult to even consider as a hair stylist - she chalks up to her unavailability for a year and a half due to her retaining repeat customers. This mentality is not a valid excuse - it means she cannot handle the demand of new clients. Any salon I have ever been a client of has always accepted new clients even during the processing time of an existing client. How does anyone become an established client with her? I just wonder once established as a client when she would be available, if at all. Donât bother calling - she does not understand when someone calls and wants to be her customer - she will pawn you off to her other stylists. No Erica, I didnât call to do business with your other stylists. She could see a potential new client while a current client is sitting processing. Donât bother. She is a difficult person to do business with.

I went in for platinum color I was with amber I asked several times do you know how to do platinum and was told of course so I proceeded to allow her to bleach my hair and not to mention she spent more time in back like I was a bother than working on my hair. I also told her let's do the dark into platinum because she said it would look better than growing out chunky I said ok. Well that is nothing to what I got I left with yellow chunks in the back and more yellow than you could imagine when I left I made an appointment and another salon not only fixed my yellow with toner and said that there needed to be more toner put in my hair. My guess is her appointment was waiting for her which is why she said I will get your hair as straight as I can with a blow dryer. This was the worst experience I ever had at any salon by the results and also the way you are treated unacceptable I spent around $250 you would think they would care how someone looks leaving there but I guess not. DO NOT PAY MONEY FOR COLOR HERE THERE ARE BETTER SALONS ON ROUTE 12 WITH BETTER TREATMENT IN FOX LAKE.

Went in for a pedicure today. Left without a pedicure today. The man that was doing my service had an aditude because I had polish on that was hard to get off. He told me that heâd only have time to âslap some polish onâ. Rude. I wonât be back and canât recommend this place. I only gave the stars because the lady at the desk was kind.

This is the second salon that completely messed up my hair. I'm so tired of paying over $200 for someone to turn my hair orange. I'd rather pay half the cost and have an eager student in cosmetology do it right. Sad these places rip you off.

My daughter recently visited Vichy Salon for a haircut, and we couldn't be more delighted with the service provided by Amber. From the moment we walked in, Amber exuded professionalism and warmth, putting my daughter at ease instantly.Amber not only listened attentively to my daughter's desires for her haircut but also executed them flawlessly. She skillfully cut and styled my daughter's hair exactly as requested, leaving her beaming with joy at the final result. We'll certainly be returning to her salon for years to come.

My daughter had an appointment with Amber this week and she came home so happy. She said Amber really listened to her, made her feel comfortable and gave her exactly what she wanted. My daughter said the salon is clean, the ambience was cute and more importantly, she said Amber did amazing and I agree. Her hair is so cute, perfectly cut and the color is fresh. I can't wait to make my appointment with Amber next!

Amber did a phenomenal job on my manicure!!! She did an amazing job shaping up my natural nails and keeping the length as needed. I highly recommend this salon and Amber for any services!! Not to mention the salon was very clean!

AMBER is the person you want to get a haircut from. She gave me the best cut I think Iâve ever had. I absolutely love it! I couldnât be happier!!! This was a new salon for me, I have always gone to a salon in highland park that was far and 4x the cost. On a whim I decided to try somewhere close to home, the salon had great reviews so I made an appointment, took whoever was available that day and it turned out to be a great decision. My next appointment of many to come is already booked in 12 weeks!
