On hold for 20mins with the pharmacy just for them the hang up on me instantly! Called back to use the automated system but apparently if you have more than on proscription you can't. So again it transferred me to the hold and then it's been another 15mins. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. This location is horrible.

Go to other Walgreens if possible. These people are so dam rude. Every single employee in that pharmacy. I was there today and just because I asked too many questions the employee got upset and basically threw the meds on the drive-thru tray. So Unprofessional. Her name is Nancy.

The staff say they are understaffed. Time sensitive prescriptions take a week.I will be using another pharmacy going forward.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. Worst customer service. Has really gone downhill. Was just told I could transfer my script somewhere else when asking why it’s been a week since my doc submitted my script and it’s still not ready.

I had a prescription called in on Monday. The following Monday it still had not been filled. 7 full days. I called and she said she'd fill it today. I came in the next day and it still was not filled. The lady at the window told me to "come back" I said "may I ask when?" she went back to the pharmacist who told her that "they do not have the prescription in stock. Worst customer service and arrogance I've experienced. Do Not Go There.

The pharmacy service at this location is absolutely horrible. Third month in a row I have waited in the drive thru line only to be told my prescription is still not ready. I have complained to the store, the corporate office and the the pharmacy. They are so short handed here and no one wants to assist. If my prescription was in stock at another location, Walmart or even CVS I would transfer my prescription but NO ONE else has it in stock.

Terrible. Not just terrible, but consistently terrible. Two weeks ago I spent 40 minutes on hold, and after 40 minutes an audio message saying it was 7pm and the pharmacy was closed, then was I was disconnected. The day before, after 25 minutes on hold an audio message said the pharmacy was closed for a break and I could hold for another 30 minutes or I could call back later. There has got to be a more efficient way for clients to connect with the pharmacy about medications. Also, the two time I waited and finally talked to a person they were incredibly rude. I wasn't even angry when I was taken off hold. i just had a couple questions about my medications and I wasn't allowed to finish. They were condescending and wouldn't even let me finish my questions before cutting me off. Terrible customer service doesn't even describe how much I dislike Walgreens pharmacy. I even went to a different Walgreens pharmacy and received to same service.

What I Experience at this Walgreens Pharmacist is wanting in long lanes or lane, problems with even having the Prescription In stock, telling me to come back in 24 hours and the prescription will be ready and it wasn't ready in the 24 hours., having a sign in there window saying closed for two days, and they are rude and Customer service is Awful. I wouldn't even a star . I'm all done with this pharmacy.

I have been a customer of the Walgreens store in Fox Lake for the past three years. However, I will not be getting my prescriptions filled there any longer. Since the end of August 2023 I have not been able to get a prescription filled there. I don't know if it's because they are understaffed (possibly due to wide ranging staff reductions in late August 23) but I have not been able to reach a person there by phone in September to get my prescriptions filled. Therefore I have changed my pharmacy and will not be going to Walgreens from now on.

Walgreens needs to staff appropriately in the pharmacy. The pharmacy has been completely closed the past couple of Saturday's. People require their medications to live. They are putting peoples lives and health at risk. I would suggest to move to a different company pharmacy. Walgreens does not care about their customers or employees.

The Fox Lake Walgreens Pharmacy on Sayton & Rte 12 is the worse Walgreens I have been to. There phone system is BROKEN & USELESS. Incident today #1: I received a call stating that I needed to call them so a link could be sent for an RX. ON Tuesday after a 3rd visit, they did not have RX in stock & would have to be requested from another store. I tried to pay, absolutely not. I was told a text would be sent so I could enter billing info. NO I got a call requesting I Call them so they could text me this link. ON HOLD FOR 50 MINUTES & when I got to store & showed my phone, they hung up on all calls & apologized but they were busy. (See Screen shot from my phone below.)There is absolutely NO REASON a customer should be on phone for 50 MINUTES. I get it they are short staff, then your PHONE automated system must be FIXED. Other companies take your # & call back. I guess that is not possible for Walgreens.Tuesday I went to check on another RX as it had been requested on Friday. IN process the entire time & phone wait on that call was 9 min 1st call, then 11:55 min on 2nd attempt to speak to someone for reason as to why it was still in process. Went into store 3 times on Tuesday and lines inside pharmacy section were no less than 7 people deep & 3 or 4 people waiting for shots. When I check online for status all I get is in process. IF you call after several days you are put on hold. You then must go in store, wait in line for 10-15 minutes to speak to a, human. I have been a customer for over 10 yrs but as of Monday all prescription for myself, spouse, mother , children & grandchildren will be transferred to another provider. SO DONE WITH WALGREENS. Hope that there is no strike, as people will then die waiting for RX's.

Takes days to fill a script. Don't go if you're in a rush. Oh and of course today it's temporary closed.

Absolutely THE WORST pharmacy around! They take forever to fill scripts, every time I am there I wait at LEAST 30 minutes in line, the people working are typically rude. Each time I call I sit on hold for 15-30 minutes. Hours change without notice, leaving people without their medication. Total nightmare! would give negative rating if possible!

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever used. Sadly, it's the closest to my house. My husband's medication was supposed to be ready at 10:20 am this morning. At 11:20 am, it still wasn't ready so I called the pharmacy to see when I would be able to pick it up. They stated they were behind and it should be ready in an hour. I called again at 6 pm and was on hold for 54 minutes before someone answered and stated that it will be ready in 15 minutes. This isn't the first issue we've had with this location. We've previously gone through the drive thru an hour after the pharmacy was to open to find they weren't open. When we called the store they said they were understaffed and didn't know when someone would be in. We've had medications delayed several times where they either didn't have the medication on hand or were still working to fill the script. If I could, I'd give them no stars.

Waited on hold for 45 minutes then when they answer everything’s a problem. For some reason it always takes 3 days to fill a single prescription. Customer service just sucks all together. Pretty close to switching to jewel, every time I go there my prescription gets done. within 30 minutes. I also wait only 5 minutes for them to answer the phone.I also asked if they could check to see if they have a 90 day for my prescription that can be filled tomorrow so that way they can order more if needed and they couldn’t even do that and knowing them I’ll get an alert tomorrow saying it’s on order. It’s a chore to get anything done here. I hate coming here, but it’s the closest to my house.
