Exceedingly happy with care by Deb Revolta at ATI Lake Zurich. Lumbar spine pain after a fall was resolved completely with 6 weeks of PT.

After breaking my right elbow and requiring surgery i needed to attend physical therapy. I was anxious about it at first considering it could be a scary process but Issac and Nikki were amazing! If I were to ever need physical therapy in the future I would come back to this clinic because of this staff! They both made me feel very comfortable and safe during my recovery. I didn’t mind coming to this clinic because I knew I was in good hands! 10/10 recommend this clinic in fox river grove ! Thank you guys ! :)

I saw Isaac for my shoulder rehabilitation and he was outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and the surgical procedure I had. He worked with me to create and meet my goals and was constantly reviewing and updating my home exercises. It was also easy to schedule appointments and he was very accommodating to his patients. I’d highly recommend him!

I Have seen Isaac at Fox River Grove for multiple injuries and he has always gotten me back to 100% mobility and use. I have seen him for ankle, knee and back and neck issues. The facility is always clean and organized. Isaac has great bed side manner and is always looking out for his patients best interest. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I had a shoulder reconstruction and then an ankle reconstruction and after the first round of therapy, I couldn't think of anyone else besides Isaac Lai to take care of me again!! He not only established a trusting therapist-patient relationship and made me extremely comfortable, but he was a joy to be around. His bedside manner is above all others and his personality makes something you dread, more tolerable and something you actually end up looking forward to. His progression through therapy works- I know, I've done it twice so far. If I need to go back for more therapy, Isaac's my guy and i know he will always take care of me. Go see him, you won't be disappointed!

I have gone to the Fox River Grove Clinic a couple times for injuries and Isaac has been AMAZING! Anyone who ever says something negative about him clearly is lying. When I first came back a couple weeks ago to this clinic, I was seeing a different therapist. There was not anything wrong with that therapist per say, but I had already seen Isaac who knew my medical history. If I had not heard that Isaac was coming back to this clinic, I would have driven to Libertyville to see him. He not only builds a relationship with you so you are comfortable with with the pain, but he also is very santiary. He cleans everything down right away, which I really appreciate it considering the pandemic. My husband also had an injury last year and came here from my recommendation to see Isaac and he LOVED him! 10 stars!! Will continue to come here when needed just because of Isaac!

I have been through a lot of pt at many different places. None of them ever did anything for me so needless to say I was not a believer that this would work. After my hips surgery I started seeing Isaac at FRG! He is hands down the best! My mind has been changed and I have referred a few people I know to him as well. From treatment to bedside manner he is wonderful.

The one therapist I had, a Tiffany, was great. She was helpful and kind but she was in the middle of a transfer to a different location. So I had to see the therapist Isaac. That is why I’m giving this location 1 star. He was the exact opposite of what you’d want in a therapist. He bragged about how he was so high up in the chain that when they were letting jobs go because of Covid, he didn’t have anything to worry about. He also very disrespectful spoke about my husbands career as a police man and accused him of not wanting to come home to his family because of the place he works at. He spoke to me like I was a child and I don’t appreciate that at all. This location is in walkable distance for me but because of this therapist I will drive further out of my way for better care and I advise you all to do the same.Update: they have asked me to take this review down but has yet to apologize or hear what happened. AWFUL COMPANY

Polite and professional. Efficient and wipes everything done after each use. Clear and concise on paperwork. Supervises and cares about clients use of equipment and personal safety. Very friendly and calls client by their name. Isaac has everything in a PT that I like. I would recommend him to anyone. I have used both Fox River Grove and Lake Zurich Facilities. Both great. It’s the people that make it.

Isaac was extremely helpful when it came to my twisted ankle and cuboid syndrome. I went to a podiatrist last year for the same problem who didn't help me nearly as much.
It was honestly kind of fun! And a relief to have a professional on your side. Thank you I will definitely be back I'm sure. -Savannah B.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. I first started out with your nomal physical therapy. Isaac and Sammi were both involved with my recovery and always participated and pushed me to my limits but nothing more than I could physically handle. they always came to work with a positive attitude and worked towards getting me stronger. After I completed physical therapy and I then spent several months on the work conditioning program. Every question I had they answered and always were willing to help. I always looked forward to coming in and working with Isaac and Sammi. To this day I still stop in to say hello to everyone there. They have made such a dramatic and positive impact on my life. I am currently going through the fire academy and have no worries at all thanks to them. Amazing place I would highly recommend ATI to everyone.

What a fantastic facility to go for Physical Therapy. This was my second time there. Last Summer, I had bursitis in my right hip and this summer I had it in my left hip. Isaac Lai, PT DPT is so kind and he thoroughly explained all the exercises and home exercise program that I need to do to heal. Isaac is caring, fun to work with and always asked if and when I was experiencing pain. I recommend ATI Fox River Grove to anyone who is looking for a Physical Therapist.
