“I've really been having a hard time finding a good shop with quality service and people. I've had the same mechanic working on my cars for over 27 years. But since the move he is now well over an hour away!! I've been to a few shops in my area only to find overpriced service and big egos. Douglas Automotive not only has ASE certified mechanics but also has signage above the doorway stating "Service with Integrity" and that is exactly what you will find at this shop. They not only looked at my vehicle for free but also gave me a clear breakdown of repairs needed to keep my vehicle on the road. The service was quick and reasonable for the price. I did not walk out of here feeling ripped off. I've got an older van with well over 200k miles on it that's been driven all over the USA and the reason I've been able to do that is because I've had quality people working on my cars.
