Automatic wash only did one side, half covered in soap. Dryer turned on but no air. Lousy $12

Used self service bay and stopped when it said it would charge me $4.50. It charged my card $25. Used the touchless wash and paid for the higher option specifically to get the underbody washer. The washer came on and the timer said I had 20 seconds remaining, but it shut off after about 1. Very disappointed. I feel scammed
