“Over the past 3 weeks, Mark and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle was involved in a minor accident in Chicago the Friday before Christmas. The tow truck company dispatched by Allstate Roadside impounded my vehicle instead of towing it to a body shop. Another tow truck company then demanded thousands of dollars for the vehicle to be released. Mark worked on a daily basis with the various Allstate departments to get a resolution where the vehicle was recovered with no cost to me. While I'm sure Mark was busy with other customers, I always felt like he was in contact with me, either through email, text or phone. This level of service has become less common after the pandemic and is a differentiator for me given the high cost of insurance. I appreciate Mark and his team, and cannot give enough thanks for all they have done. If you are looking for an agent you can trust, I would highly recommend Mark.”
