“I have been a customer of this Walgreens store for about 22 years, and about 15 years for their pharmacy. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I inquire about the locality of a product, they typically go out of their way to show me where it is, instead of simply telling me the aisle in which to look. That is really nice. The pharmacy is nearly always busy, and I am impressed how they can keep up with the near-constant flow of customers. I have always been treated well and have also seen other customers treated well, even under difficult circumstances. If I need an Rx filled quickly, I can usually have that done in 15 minutes! The only ding that I will give the store is because I witnessed a pharmacist talking down to one of the techs. It was done in front of customers, very rude, and very uncalled for. I felt so sorry for the tech that I spoke to the store manager about the incident.”
