Amazing experience, very reasonable pricing and quick repair. Looks like it came straight from the dealer, and the staff is very helpful and friendly! Would 100% recommend this place for any kind of auto body repair.

He is SUCH a pro, so able to diagnose and treat expertly, so fair and genuine, we are thrilled with Ross and his business. Plus, he’s some kind of a car whisperer.

I unfortunately have to write this review because I drove past their shop on opatrny drive and popped a tire on a piece of debris in the road, presumably from one of the broken cars sitting outside on the side of the road next to the body shop. When I called to address the issue, they completely denied any responsibility and refused to help in anyway, the woman on the phone kept insisting the debris could have fallen off a random truck. Meanwhile, their lot is filled with broken-down cars parked along the same road where my tire was damaged. To make matters worse, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the conversation and was yelling at me, offering no help or resolution. This shop’s carelessness is not only bad for their customers but also dangerous for anyone driving past. I wouldn’t recommend their services—or even driving near this place—unless you’re okay with risking damage to your vehicle.

Drove past their shop the other day. Bunch of scrap metal on the road in front of their shop, which popped my 75 year old mothers tire. They refused to even work with me to help replace the tire. They were rude to me on the phone as well. Clearly they don't run an ethical business if they can't even be nice to me on the phone, or even take some responsibility. My 75 year old mother is out $160 because they dropped small pieces of scrap metal in front of their shop. Nice job taking care of the local community!

Initially my car was taken to Caliber in Crystal Lake who wouldn’t even give me an estimate because there was rust under my hood. The initial insurance coverage estimate had me paying over $3k out of pocket because of “damage from a previous accident”. I had my car towed over to Ross at Riverside who not only repaired my car to look better than it did before the accident, but he also fought the insurance company to get basically full coverage. I ended up only paying my deductible plus $200 out of pocket instead of the thousands I was initially told I’d have to pay by my insurance. I am so happy with the quality of work and the customer service provided. The owners didn’t know me yet they treated me as if I was family and saved me thousands while doing so. You’d be a fool to take your car elsewhere for collision repairs in the NW burbs. Extremely grateful for Riverside, thank you all!! Thank you for turning my nightmare into a dream!!
