I go here because my ciggaretts are the cheapest here. In this day and age, savings and good deals are A MUST! Is why I chose this shell. But that picture was taken at 7:05 p.m. is frustrating.
I leave my job On ,Foot because I don't drive. To come get my shell deal on 2 packs. Only to be met with this sign! And never at same time. On Sundays I leave my job down the street from shell at 6:30. On weekdays it's a different time then is closed till 8 p.m. I work on my feet all 7hrs of my shift. Plus, I walk home. I don't have time to wait around. So from now on, even though I'm spending $2 more. I will just go to mobile where they are open and closer to my work.

This place used to be great, now it's terrible. It's closed all the time, constantly, at random times. Save yourself the frustration and either go to mobile or speedway

Last two times coming here there’s a damn sign in the door that says on break some 24 hour gas station this is now the third day in a row this gas station is closed

Filled up here earlier and saw the attendant on duty walk out and light up a smoke pretty close to pump #5... totally felt safe

I had four lottery tickets all of which won! three of them they completely refused to take and the fourth one scanned that i won $100 and he said he didn’t have $100 to give me. told me no money in the safe. so he told me to go somewhere else really unhappy and want to be buying gas here anymore or tickets!

The guy behide counter at 2:13pm Friday September 23/2023He must have been on some kind of drug. Snatched up my drink asked if that was it I said no I need 15 on pump one he says ok I guess that's not it. He then says my total is 52.89 I'm like o.o how much is the drink. I then ask him whys my total so high. He goes off at this time yelling saying I don't have to be rude. I looked at him an said you want me to whisper then. I said I wanted $15 on pump one. He from this point on gets loud and very rude hitting the cash register an talking to his self. I do not recommend coming to this gas station while he is here.

This gas station refused to help the handicapped pump gas. I will go out of my way to avoid buying gas, a car wash or make any purchase again at this horrible place. The new Thorntons in Cary, across from CVS was most helpful and assists the disabled pumping gas. Shame on you Fox River Grove Shell gas station!

I have been going to this place for years or as long as I remember, but this last time as I was pulling in there was a elderly women blasting her horn, I proceeded to fill my car up and she continued to blast her horn every 30 seconds or so . I looked inside and the person working the counter was looking at her and laughing with one of the customers. I finally asked the lady if she needed something and her reply was yes please , I am handicapped and can't fill the tank , I called the number on the pump for just this purpose but the person didn't answer , it was evident that the person inside already came out once to help her because the hose was already in her car and the pump actually pumped about. a dollars worth of gas but then it kicked off . So this lady was trying everything that she could to get the guys attention and he totally ignored her . He had to see on his control panel that the pump wasn't working anymore . So I took her credit card and pumped her gas for her because the lazy POS behind the counter wouldn't . Buddy the 2001 ADA law requires you to help . Do your job. I told her to never use this place again and take her business elsewhere. Where they care about their clients . I will never use this gas station again, I was thinking that this could have been my own mother being treated like this .To the owner whoever is the person working at 3:45 pm on December 19th 2022 should be fired because you lost my business, the ladies , my mothers and everyone that I persuade to not come here .
