SportClips hired a one in a million type of employee in Anna!!! Attention to detail and genuine care for the client is her foundation. I have never had anything but a wonderful experience each time I come in to get my haircut from her. I recommend Anna to ANYONE!

I was in on Monday 12/22/24 when I found out my favorite stylist Kristin had transferred from Woodstock to the Hoffman Estates location. I have been seeing Kristin for over a year in Woodstock and never had a bad haircut. When I found out she was in Hoffman Estates I gladly drove the extra distance (an extra 40 minutes). Wow, she gave me the best haircut I ever had. It looked great, both my sides and back were even and clean. She gave me the MVP and took the time to explain the products she was using. I will definitely be driving the extra distance to see Kristin here in Hoffman Estates.

I got a haircut from a stylist named Kristen. She couldn't even hold the trimmer straight. Haircut turned out to be the worst. She puts too much pressure on the trimmer and my skin got hurt. Never will return to this place.

I needed a haircut today for an event happening tonight. I have been going to sport clips for many years. I checked in online and followed the instructions. I was given a time to be there and a reminder text saying my stylus would be ready in 15 minutes and be there five minutes early. I arrived 5 minutes early, as instructed, only to find there were three people in front of me. I asked the person working there about this and she talked to me like I was an idiot. Now I’m scrambling to find time to get a haircut and I will be going somewhere else 100% lost by business today and will not return . Way to get Treat your customers like garbage.

Will never come back again. The stylist was rude the moment I walked in and was trying to talk to me like I was some child. He would not listen to anything I said on how I wanted my haircut and dared to tell me that he is the stylist not me! Are you kidding me? I have a right to get my haircut how I want it! He was a piece of work from the moment I walked in and just buzzed all the hair even though I told him I didn't want it too short. He should be fired!!!

Love the services and the stylists. However I absolutely dislike Eduardo. Very immature, actually berated a child inside the store when I visited (kid was literally probably 2-3 years old) and did nothing wrong but moved a couple hair product containers, argued with me whether I was checked in even after I showed him I was, complained to other staff when they asked him to ring people out, acted very snotty and entitled. Not a good look for sports clips. The other stylists are great. Very professional and friendly. Might want to take a look at Eduardo.

If I can give it no stars I probably would. I haven't gone there since summertime. since June and it is November. I was treated with the most disrespect again! I don't know why I went back. The lady complains about how much I tipped her hen I did on purpose due to the way I was rushed and treated. how the hell do they have the nerve to say something like that. And for one I have hair all over my face I was rushed out of the seat I asked for a little bit shorter and she complained and told me to be ready and know what I want before I come in does she not understand that this is a haircut and sometimes it needs to be adjusted. What are wrong with people? I said well every time I come in here there's a new worker and I have to re-explain my haircut to them because they can't understand the notes that are left on the receipt. As two new workers are standing there. Last time I was there a lady was upset from an un even cut, and had a second woman adjusted it. I was I the chair under 10 minutes and she told me she did like 3 cuts already cuz I said shorter. Complaining when I said shorter. What???not even close to evenly cut. I could have said so much,God why am I so nice. If your not aware your tip reflects on the job done then you'll never get one.
