I 've been coming to Amici Spa & Salon for years and always leaving with a great haircut and big smile on my face. Gigi is such a perfectionist! I was double happy today having my eyebrows threaded by Ricky. I have to say ,there is a big difference between waxing and threading. My eyebrows are perfectly shaped and colored. Thank you ladies for your beautiful work 😘

I've come here a few times now and got a massage from Amanda. Very professional, knows exactly what she's doing, and I keep rescheduling. Better than the typical "chains" that you find all over.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received a gift card for facial and massage- I left 2 messages in the span of 2 days, no return call! I also sent an email, as suggested on their website- no response! I finally reached someone today and when I asked her why no one had the courtesy to return my calls, she said and I quote, "like, we don't have someone sitting at the front desk answering phones all day"! She then went on to tell me that employees rent chairs there and have their own phone numbers, etc., (which is NOT mentioned on Amici website, very, very misleading!!!) When I expressed my concern and said it was rude to treat customers this way, she called me rude!! Instead of placing me on hold, I could hear her talking about me to her co-workers, none of which were pleasant comments! When I asked to speak to the owner, I had to prompt her to ask for my number, she then proceeded to hang up on me! As incredulous as I was, I called back- to get yet another 18 year on the phone, this time this one thought the entire situation was funny, because she couldn't stop laughing! I can honestly say that I've never been treated this way by someone, especially so young- no respect and insincere apology given while laughing. I have yet to be called by the owner, a guy I only know by the name of "Jim" as provided to me. To the owner, Jim whoever you are- The really sad thing is, my family spent good money on a gift card I'll never use. I'd like reimbursement for what they paid for the gift card so I can use it at a reliable, friendly and PROFESSIONAL establishment. But since I haven't had the courtesy of ANY type of response, with the exception of a few 18 year old girls- I won't hold my breath! Look at the reviews folks, there are only 2 of them and they are over a year old!!! R U N !!!!
