Auto Clinic is a professional, honest, and fantastic shop in the area. It is a family-owned business that is very personable and responsive. Customers describe it as the best, most professional, and most honest shop, with service that is beyond fantastic. The team is very sweet, kind, friendly, and helpful. They are always willing to help and provide fast, hassle-free service. Many customers report problems being found and fixed right away, with quick and easy experiences. The shop is very clean and nice inside. A key strength highlighted is their honesty. They do not try to upsell or recommend things that are not needed, even directing customers to use warranty coverage or correctly advising on the timing for repairs. This trustworthy approach has earned long-term loyalty, with customers using the shop for over 10 or 15 years for multiple vehicles. They state it is the only place they will ever go for service and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good mechanic.
I am visiting family in Tinley Park and stopped in after their recommendation. Shop is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend l.

By far the BEST place in the Frankfort area for car service! The entire crew is customer service focused — Kelly’s mom and dad are looking down with great pride I am sure! Keep up the good work all. Thanks for all you do!
