In returning an item, parts manager seemed to only be concerned with not accepting the return. He was not listening well to my concern and was condescending about the, difficult to adjust, The Club steering wheel lock. Went to O'Reilly after and had a pleasant buying experience.

I came to auto zone to replace my headlights and the service was above par. I was immediately helped by employees Henry and Richard, and they even replaced the lights for me. They were the absolute dream team and dynamic duo—these men deserve a raise!!

Hit or Miss for all autozone stores.They were once my employer prior to covid and it never fails. Your experience will be determined by the stores leadership....FYI: for the AutoZone spokesperson. don't even bother reaching out. My complaint will just fall on deaf ears.Prior to covid the company did care about everything not just profits.Now you'll be lucky to get what you need from a person that's willing to help you.This is a good store but I did not agree with one team member pawning me off to O'Reilly's because it was just an easier thing to do....
