“Roberto was TOP TIER when it came to replacing my headlight bulbs & provided the best customer service. I initially went to the 4719 South Cottage Grove location and was told to find someone to install. And I also found out they sold me the wrong bulbs. Which is annoying; I was expecting them to sell the correct bulbs & to replace them. So I came to the Oak Forest Location and Roberto replaced with the correct bulbs & did it in 10min! A LIFESAVER! The manager here always comes out to help me when I have a question about my vehicle, she always goes above and beyond for customer service.
