I’m very disappointed in my experience at Bellavan, I got a fill-in/ nail art on my latest visit and the acrylic began popping off within 2 days . I don’t mean a chip, I mean the whole nail acrylic popped off from my natural nail. By day 4, another popped off, I can see the crack on my thumb nail, which would be #3 ready to pop off.. and this morning #4 popped off. It has now been 2 weeks.
My nail art, I ask for a Daisy. In memory of my daughter that passed, it was her passing anniversary. I got 2 SNOWFLAKES, with snow falling around them !! WTH ?
If he didn’t know how to paint a Daisy, just tell me, or get another technician that does. I got my nails filled on July 15th, my Birthday was July 17th, I had to Celebrate going to dinner with Broken nails, and Snowflakes in July!!!!!

I got a text a day after my visit from Bellavan ask how my experience was on this visit, I replied with One star and stated I was very unhappy and told him why. I sent another text to the Owner, I still haven’t heard back from them. I guess maybe they are Only interested in hearing raving reviews on their Salon. I read that their work is Guaranteed, on a past post by him, if that’s the case, why didn’t he reply to me to come in and get my nails repaired and I wouldn’t be writing this nasty review.
The product use on my nails that day was Bad product or Not done properly!!!!!!
Poor Business Management/ Quality Work
Stylist: “T” Piss poor job !!!
Uses bad product, was in a hurry to leave, and doesn’t know how to do nail art. I expressed the importance of the Daisy to him, he expressed his condolences to me.. then painted 2SNOWFLAKES & snow falling????? Seriously? All I wanted was ONE simple Daisy for my deceased daughter.
When you are unsure how to paint the nail art, please ask another Tech for help. DONT screw up someone’s nail in July with Snowflakes!!!

My wife and I were looking for a really good nail salon and we found Bellavan. We both had the most amazing Pamper pedicures!! "Q" provided such a relaxing pedicure and was very detailed making sure my toes were immaculate. My wife had MiMi and said she gave her the best pedicure she's had in a long time! She really made her toes shine with the buff and shine service she received. Excellent Customer service and check-in process. Loved the organization and variety of nail colors! We will definitely return as regulars and recommend to our family and friends!

I got a dip manicure on Tuesday (6/4) before I left for vacation. By Friday (6/7) the dip had chipped on 3 of my fingers and was almost completely off. I wasn’t being rough with my hands or doing anything out of the ordinary that would cause them to chip. Bellavan is really clean and the employees were great. I was really bummed because my friend recommended this salon but after paying $75 with tip for a dip manicure, there’s no reason for it to be chipping after 3 days :( Sadly I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Katie is absolutely the best! I have ingrown toe nails & she does an excellent job of getting them out without hurting me. She always remember details about me & that makes me feel special. I feel like I finally have a nail shop where I don’t feel like a stranger or a number every time I come.

My husband had his first ever pedicure and absolutely loved it !! I enjoyed a pedicure as well and a no chip manicure. I have always had a great experience there and the staff is always friendly and professional.
Cleanliness: I am always comfortable coming here because everything is always so clean .
