Wonderful pet shop in the heart of Frankfort with a great selection of all natural pet food and treats. They also have a great selection of pet clothes and toys! The staff was super friendly and provided great advice and feedback on the food and treats we bought. Best part is they have a rewards program which i will be getting good use out of as i plan to make this place a regular stop for my pup.

After adopting a kitten from a local shelter, I was given a coupon for a free adoption package from this location, so I decided to visit to redeem it. The 2 employees who were there were extremely kind and knowledgeable and in general were very approachable and easy to talk to. The store itself was beautiful and there were plenty of options for many different categories of pet care products. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning for any restocks I will need to make.

We love Bentley’s ✨ They not only have adorable products and a huge variety of healthy foods but, their staff is amazing. Everyone who works there has certifications in nutrition and they’re all soooo so kind! They are always willing to help you out and truly care for the health & well being of your furfamily. For example, we love feeding Steve’s Real Food but, it isn’t something they keep in store so they special order it for us and other customers who’ve requested it. Their staff, atmosphere, and everything about them is truly wonderful and I wish I could give 10 stars, because they deserve it ⭐️

Had the absolute best experience with Bentley's. Finding food for my increasingly picky geriatric dog had been a difficult and hopeless journey. We were shown empathy for our situation and was educated on a number of options, and were even given samples. We ultimately were steered toward a frozen option, and I am beyond happy that my dog (Sebastian) is eating again! My only regret was not catching the name of the gentleman who helped us. Words can't express the gratitude I have for you instantly improving my dog's quality of life. You've earned my business for life.
