Recently tried to deposit some cash, and I had to do three different attempts because the ATM kept returning my money to me. Each attempt resulted in only one bill being accepted. I think the sensors need to get clean or something lol.

I recently became power of attorney for a relatives BMO checking account, due to her account being frozen. We needed access to her cash for medical and other reasons. My experience with the BMO Harris 888 customer service line was gruesome at best. I decided to visit the local branch in Frankfort. The bank manager Sean, is the gentleman I dealt with. He was very patient, thorough and explained everything that he could and could not do. Within a day I had access to the account and all is well. I I personally thank him for his kindness and understanding. Although I do not bank at Harris I highly recommend this branch. I assume that his entire staff is customer friendly and confident. Being in management myself, I understand that the attitude of the person in charge flows down to his employees. Five stars for sure.

The service was great.It’s sad that BMO is shaming their employees that are unvaccinated. It is now very evident that there is no difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated when it comes to spreading Covid so therefore either everyone should be wearing mask or nobody should be wearing a mask.I see this is very discriminatory and you should correct protocol.

I visited the branch today to open up several bank accounts for my business and personal . Ali was very helpful , patient , and knowledgeable. After being mistreated at another bank (not BMO) I was relieved to find a bank who cared . The branch manager was also extremely nice and helpful . Thanks guys !

Calling the 888 number for customer service is the absolute worst. Plus, they outsource their employees from other countries. Seriously??? They screw things up. I’m headed to Chase Bank!

The staff here are very pleasant and informative on what you need for your accounts. Never too long of a wait, but if you do, the staff are very apologetic about it.

staff does not follow up with promises. I was told a bank officer would call me the next morning....thats been 10 days ago. Why isn't the lobby open? Every other bank is able to open and be safe. I'm changing my account.

BMO Harris sucks - a family member who manages affairs for another (90+) family member has to explain why BMO is suddenly charging for "statements" when they never have before. This elderly lady has no computer access, so it means she can't see something she has always been able to see before. I get that time marches on, but this is like being told there is a new fee for use of the chairs in a doctors waiting room. I'm telling them to switch banks.....

When you call the corporate bank number, wait times are over 20 minutes. When you go to the bank, not much better. With the exception of one YOUNG woman, tellers are rude. They act like you are inconveniencing them by being there. They only have 2 tellers, working. INCONVENIENT Going to avoid this branch.

I came here from out of town to purchase a vehicle with a cashier's check with ower of the vehicle with me. The staff were not familiar with how a cashier's check works. A cashier's check is guaranteed funds. Anyway the owner was able to deposit his money after dealing with three incompetent staff members.

Today I received excellent customer service from Ms. Hannah B., Service Manager at this branch. I had difficulty finding a check of a sizable amount online and on my statements. She was very kind and patient with me, and took the time to assist in locating the check. Although she wasn't able to find the check, I now know that it is outstanding. I can now accurately balance my account. Thank you Ms. Hannah for being so nice, and helpful, thus relieving my stress today! I recommend this branch based on this and prior pleasant experiences!

This bank has changed over the years. They don't have any good rates and their management does not care. I was supposed to receive a call from the manager and she never did. I have been disrespected by this place for the last time. I will bank across the street at Old Plank.
