I had burdensome banking needs and the crew happily stayed after closing on a Saturday to help me. Very helpful, professional, and customer-service friendly.

I am going to amend my review . It is still one Star and Brian the Branch Manager is still rude and arrogant and feels corporate policy is more important than customer service. Brian feels that because the check I received from my insurance company to replace my son's car that was totaled in a wreck on his way home from college was too much of a risk for BMO that he place a 7 day hold on it. Because he said it is corporate policy if it exceeded the average balance in my account and they had reasonable doubt that the check wouldn't clear. Well Brian, as a loyal customer for almost forty years, I didn't realize I was a risk because I didn't keep a high enough balance in my account. You would think loyalty counts for something. Well it doesn't at this Branch. While Brian and BMO sit on our check we will have to wait until the New Year to get a new car.

Been with BMO for over 50 years. Started when I was in high school at Lincolnway in New Lenox. Close by and short distance to downtown Frankfort.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I don't understand how it is so grossly understaffed every time I try to come here. Just waited in line for over 10 minutes behind 6 cars and not one moved forward. You would think to hire someone at that point. Disappointed.

Had to close my accounts today because I recently moved out of state. Mohammed Jaber was the gentleman who helped me. He was very prompt and professional but also took the time to speak with me. I appreciated the time he took. The staff are great here. I was sad I had to close my accounts.

Customer service is terrible. I will never bank at this location again. For as many accounts as I have with BMO, you'd think being helpful would be their first priority.

This review specifically goes out to Hellen E. White-Jenkins. I came in for a very simple deposit and she made my visit wonderful. It's always nice when you're greeted with a genuine smile and even have some good laughs between one another. She continued to help me with an account matter that I had trouble with for a while. She is a prime example of how clients should be treated at BMO. I'm always very appreciative when I come across kind people and BMO is very lucky to have her as an asset on their team! Thanks Hellen!!!

We have been a customer of Harris for over 20 years. Usually we try to bank at other locations. We avoid this Harris as much as humanly possible. We have 0 trust in this Harris. They attempted to place a 14K deposit for our business in someone elses acct. How do you mess that up???? We've also had issues with this bank on our personal accounts. With so many banks to choose from they need to train their tellers better or they will loose customers.
