“Such a wonderful company to work with. They did they original repair work for me . Went above and beyond getting my vehicle back to me after a few minor issues delayed things. I needed it for a certain date, and they made it happen.
A part on my replaced bumper they had already fixed did not fit quite right and kept popping loose. They ordered the part ahead of time and made an appointment with me after it was in, then rescheduled the appointment for me when I couldn't make the 1st one. They arranged for a rental to come to me at the last minute when my rides fell through and then had my vehicle ready for me the same day as promised!
I would highly recommend them.

On a more personal note. My accident was pretty mentally traumatizing. Being that is happened on the express and involved a delivery truck. As can imagine I was pretty shook up. But, I cannot say enough about Ryan. She was patient and very informative. Joked with me and I could tell really cared about my ordeal. Every week I called in she never seemed annoyed and made me feel my car was at the right place with the right people. Bob also was equally conversational when I picked up my car. As well as, passed along the rest assurance that if anything came up and it was from the accident to just let them know.

“Handling my first accident at my age was daunting. As soon as I chose them to service my car through my insurance website I received a call to set up the appointment and what to expect. The service was great, I received texts throughout the process which was helpful. Their collaboration with Enterprise made it easy and convenient at drop off and pick up. My car was done ahead of schedule and looks amazing. Defiantly a place to choose if you have to deal with insurance claims.”
“It's hard to find a good body shop that you can trust. After a bus turned left into my truck, I needed work on the entire passenger side. Everyone I dealt with at both locations (Lombard and New Lennox) were very professional and knowledgeable. They found my specialized running board, tire and wheel. The vehicle looks brand new and drives great. I have only had it back a few days but so far so good! They also worked closely with my insurance, Allstate, so there was no need to argue with insurance and a minimum of paperwork. I did get a bid at another body shop and Crash Champions was competitive (actually lower when they used the negotiated insurance rates) so I would also recommend them for out-of-pocket work. I was dreading finding a reputable body shop but came out of this experience very pleased!”
