“I would like to share my wonderful experience I had with Superb. Hands down what a professional and reputable company. I dealt with a gentleman on the phone and he said bring it by that same day. They were busy but they squeezed me in. Kevin the owner, great guy by the way, came out and checked out my first issue, which was a rubber piece on my roof that kept coming up whenever i went through car wash, he fixed it, no problem that same day. Second issue my gas cap door snapped off the hinge, of my Toyota Sequoia, he gave me a reasonable price to fix it, came back following week, waited about 20 mins while they installed new door, and just like that, it was done. It came out awesome! They make their own paint and matched it up perfectly. I dealt with Nathan for payment, very pleasant and the other staff that worked there were friendly as well. They do Top Notch work, definitely will use them in the future. Highly recommend.”

“I was referred to Custom 77 by my insurance broker, who takes his cars there for bodywork when needed. He explained to me that the Body Specialists there are trained from within and not outside hired, which being a business owner myself I know what a big difference properly trained personnel makes. The owner runs the shop and his daughter manages the front office and they both made me feel comfortable and especially confident leaving my new 2024' Buick Encore GX with only 20,000 miles on it in their hands. They made the whole experience go smoothly and handled all the insurance company's queries. They even helped with the car rental. They replaced and painted my entire front bumper and grill assembly. All the gaps are perfect and the paint couldn't have matched any better!!!”

“It's hard to find a good body shop that you can trust. After a bus turned left into my truck, I needed work on the entire passenger side. Everyone I dealt with at both locations (Lombard and New Lennox) were very professional and knowledgeable. They found my specialized running board, tire and wheel. The vehicle looks brand new and drives great. I have only had it back a few days but so far so good! They also worked closely with my insurance, Allstate, so there was no need to argue with insurance and a minimum of paperwork. I did get a bid at another body shop and Crash Champions was competitive (actually lower when they used the negotiated insurance rates) so I would also recommend them for out-of-pocket work. I was dreading finding a reputable body shop but came out of this experience very pleased!”

“I went to this place looking for an estimate on a dent in my truck. Staff came out and looked at it and right away gave me a better and cheaper solution to fix the dent elsewhere. Told me that it wasn't bad enough to spend alot more money with them and had I heard of PDR? And suggested another place that would fit my needs for alot cheaper price. I think that was really honest and kind. Most businesses would of just gave you a price and took your money. But they didn't. Great people!”
