Beware they treat you like you owe them something do yourself a favor and drive the extra block to the next station. Signs in there say accepts manufactured coupons from Philip morris and Marlboro but when you bring them in he tells you he don’t accept them and you point the sign out and he says to bad trust me customer service needs to be restored in this country and this will be the only way we get it back you are a customer of theirs and they do not owe you anything other than a thank you for your business

Store was dead, employee who had to be in his 50s was just standing behind the counter waiting for people to come in, barley any food was out, nothing cooking at 2pm. Machines don't have out of service signs on them and no condiments were out nor utensils for the ice cream. Which freezer was set way to high so all the DOTS ice cream was just one big block, and couldn't even get prices on anything on the shelf because NOTHING has a price tag besides stuff in the cooler and the front desk vapes. Rather drive a little farther for another station. Terrible experience

Tried 2 different pumps and neither would work. Maybe it was all the bird poo covering them. Car wash has been broken forever. This location has been going downhill for years.

Very rude attendant. Tried to explain diesel pump handle was wrong color. The attendant laughed when I told him the diesel pump handle should be green not black. This mistake could cause someone to put regular fuel in a diesel engine... not funny at all!

I normally wouldn’t think to rate a gas station but the pumping station is immaculate and clean and very up to date. Very fast response on the touchscreen and they have tap to pay option for credit cards which is nice.

I live in Frankfort and Over the past months I have noticed prices increasing over surrounding areas. Not just Bp but all in Frankfort and Mokena. Yesterday I noticed the prices for regular were .20 to .80 higher than surrounding communities. The only reason for this is price gouging. I will no longer use this or any other Frankfort/mokena station until they match surrounding areas. Especially since this is being done in a time of crisis when many people are struggling to get by.

We showed up with a bus full of adults. Many of us purchased snacks and various refreshments. One of us (all adults well over 21) tried to buy a 6 pack of beer, and the man at one of the registers told her that he couldn't sell her beer because then he would have to card everyone on the bus. Uhh, why? In any case, a man in our party went to buy beer and was served immediately with no questioning. Many others were turned away because of the size of our party. I should point out that we are a touring group and have never had this problem once in any state or at any gas station in America. Avoid this BP if you can. The employees are difficult and rude.

After not being able to use my credit card at the pump, I was told inside by the cashier there was a $40 limit to charge. Being new to the area, and buying large amount of gas monthly, I will never visit this gas station again!!!
