So far, I’ve had tint and bed lining done, and both turned out great. The little details stood out to me. On my old truck, which was lined by someone else, the joint between the bed and tailgate wasn’t covered as well and took a beating. On my new truck, these guys checked the clearance with the tailgate closed and made sure everything could be fully coated.”

“Such a great experience with M & M! Replacing glass is not something that is done often, but I would definitely go back should the need arise. The owner was incredibly kind and helped us with our windshield issues. After the initial install, the new glass was slightly distorted, so they replaced it a second time without question or pushback. I would highly recommend this business for your repair needs!”
“Gerber was great. I was able to get my car in right away. They took the time to explain next steps. The offered to help me rent a loaner while work was being completed. They finished way ahead of the scheduled time. I appreciate their transparancy when they did the inspection before the release of the car and found an issue that needed to be fixed. Gerber Collision in Oak Forest also stayed open a little past their closing time, long enough to allow me to grab my car when it was complete- that is customer service!”
“Had a tire replaced and new Tire Pressure Senors installed. However the tire sensor warning would not reset. Mike, the store manager tried many times and even called for technical support. Their effort and service was extraordinary. The fault indication is due to an internal ford part and not the sensors they installed. However. Mike (store manager) reimbursed me for the sensors installed because they would not reset. He felt that no matter what the underlying problem was. They installed four sensors that did not work. I said they did not have to do that because it was not due to Belle Tire repairs but a problem with my ford and not the sensors and it requires the ford dealer to replace some internal parts. Belle tire and Mike went far and above my expectations. If I could give them more than 5 stars it would be 10 stars. They have a customer forever now.”

“I’ve had countless tires mounted and balanced at this shop since they opened and have only had good experiences. I bring odd wheels and vehicles since I drift and do track events and they never give me problems. There was one incident that a wheel was out of balance but they fixed it at no cost no questions asked. Mistakes happen and they handled it well. I didn’t catch his name but the tall gentleman in the front with the beard, longer hair, and tattoos is always kind to me and I enjoy chatting with him.”

“I went to this place looking for an estimate on a dent in my truck. Staff came out and looked at it and right away gave me a better and cheaper solution to fix the dent elsewhere. Told me that it wasn't bad enough to spend alot more money with them and had I heard of PDR? And suggested another place that would fit my needs for alot cheaper price. I think that was really honest and kind. Most businesses would of just gave you a price and took your money. But they didn't. Great people!”
