“I always appreciate any business (or person) that delivers exactly what they are supposed to deliver. Wash Inn has taken care of multiple vehicles for me over the last couple years. They truly treat every one of my vehicles equally, from the luxury to my tried and true every day ride or die Camry. The details matter at this spot. I believe the prices are more than reasonable, especially considering this is a true hand wash joint. I've gotten the clay bar and wax and they also wash my car that has a ceramic coat. At this point, I've dealt with everyone there. They are all great and knowledgeable. To me, great customer service is not kissing my ass, it's delivering the product that I am paying for in a a timely and professional manner. Car washing is not rocket science...and yet, so many places don't get it right. This place consistently does. I will say, sometimes wait times can be a little lengthy (typically each car is 20-30min depending on your service and yet in 2 yrs its never taken me longer than 15min to get in the wash bay), but I assure you, you will be hard-pressed to find better anywhere in the near or far area. Weekends are expectedly busier than a weekday. Our vehicles are huge investments, this place will absolutely treat them a such.”

What really stood out was how low-pressure the whole process felt—no sales tactics, no pushing me into repairs, just honest and straightforward help. He was patient, answered my questions, and made sure I understood my options.
It’s not always easy to find someone trustworthy in this space, but this was definitely one of those experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing collision or hail damage repair.”
“Personally, I think Hand Car Wash Pro is a little expensive, but I can't argue with the finished result. My car is nearly immaculate after their service. I like the ability to make an appt, as my time is valuable. I'm not a fan of paying for work before it's done, but in the end I appreciate their work...”

“I went to Sparkle Express for my regular wash and to clean out my trunk. While throwing stuff out I accidentally threw my keys in the garbage! That is the WORST feeling! The 3 people on staff Nadia, Kayla and Julian were so helpful to me. We looked 2-3 times in the garbage cans without any results. Nadia said let’s help her. Julian said let’s check 1 more time , Kayla removed a box and there they were! The domino effect of them being lost would have messed up my week probably month! I must say I have the monthly wash package and have been going since it was Fullers and I never quite cared for their staff. Sparkle staff is more friendly and personable.”

They did so much work on my car in such a short time..they also painted and cleared paint chips on my hood that insurance said wasn't even going to be covered. Also, my belongings were neatly packed in the trunk, not a thing missing. I want to apologize yet again to Amiee (I believe that's her name) for my obtuse behavior when I first brought my car in. You were very sweet despite my attitude. If there is a next time, I will check myself before entering your establishment. Thank you again!”

Personnel was great at the drive up, I received the ultimate wash with ceramic. wash was incredible and the logo on the windshield was amazing. Vacuum cleaning was great powerful suction and I got my car completely clean. I think the membership will be great for me.”
“I had originally posted a not so good review cause I was not happy especially when I found out my trailer wasn’t washed out but instead of leaving another bad review I decided to call the manager and I have to say that they went above and beyond to fix the issue and they fixed it very fast and were completely sorry that it happened I will definitely be using them again because they actually do care about the customer all I have to say is call them and they will take care of the problem”
“Absolutely amazing service every single time! Fillers Car Wash in New Lenox always goes above and beyond. They spend extra time getting every little mess my kids leave behind in my truck, and it always comes out looking spotless.
What meant the most, though, was how they greeted me like family, calling me Ms. Green and saying they hadn’t seen me in a while. It felt so good to be remembered and treated with genuine kindness.
