Jennifer Z. was an absolute pleasure!!! Took me within minutes of walking in the door. Was offered water and coffee on the way in and suckers on the way out. Also got to keep a Chase pen ? (it's the little things!). Main priority was getting my name changed.. She was extremely personable & friendly and made my visit smooth! Conversation was happy and upbeat. Also made a deposit.. Robert helped me and had everything done within 5 minutes. Was an all around stress free visit. Much appreciated!

If I could give zero stars I would. They made an error in fixing my account when my info was stolen. It cost me alot of money in late fees and my credit score took a big hit for the third time now and refused to compensate me for their actions. I will no longer be dealing with said bank after this week. The manager was just rude and refused to take accountability for their actions. 16 years wasted here. Don't use chase people they are liars.

The bankers at the Frankfort IL location are incompetent. You literally sit there as they click the screen and they still can't seem to complete a basic request. Waited 15 minutes to be helped, another 20 or 30 for them to fumble around on the computer and than was told they would need another 30 to 40 minutes to complete something that told me they could do in seconds.

I went in earlier and I walked out liking this particular branch! Cheri (I believe her name was) the teller, I went inside and she helped me and was extremely informative. I am a new chase bank member and helped me pay my credit card. What a wonderful employee, and I love her CAN-DO, helpful attitude.

How does a Chase bank in Frankfort Illinois, in 2023 have no working internet. How does a bank function with no internet?Came in to open a savings account and couldn’t finish the process because the internet wasn’t working. So wild, how….

Dustin was a great help in helping me figure out a suitable interest rate for a vehicle I intend to purchase. He said it was his third week but he was extremely knowledgeable, and thoroughly answered all my questions regarding my potential loan. Thanks Dustin!!

I DO NOT recommend this branch. Poor customer service & lack of willingness or ability to expedite the correction of bank errors that affect your account.Received a letter on 11/10/21 that address verification documentation was needed. I provided the documents to this branch the next available business day 11/12/21. Un beknownst to me, on 11/16/21 the account was frozen because they said they never received the documents. It was down hill after that. It took several calls to customer service who couldn't reach the branch via phone & they couldn't provide a manager name or phone# to me. Eventually an employee at another branch emailed the branch manager. This nightmare began on 11/17/21 when the drive-thru teller said there was no record of me submitting documents to the branch & that my documents were probably shredded even if I did provide them. Next the personal banker confirmed my documents weren't shredded but told me a system error made it hard for compliance to read the document. However she didn't know there was an error because she never followed up to make sure the documents were received by the correct department. She told me she'd work on it the next day even though this was an urgent issue.I was told taking the hold off my account couldn't be expedited even though it was a bank error. Then customer service said the personal banker could've prevented this by calling to verify the documents were received. Then the manager said the personal banker was out of the office the two days after my document was sent & that's why it wasn't verified. However, there are other bankers, why didn't she hand this off to one of them. (No accountability at all)The worst part was no one from the branch or customer service apologized until I spoke with the manager. The apology however seemed ingenious because the manager continued to make excuses for the poor service instead of just admitting they dropped the ball. She said it was a Chase system-wide error they thought was fixed, then said the teller that rushed me away from the drive-thru window was busy with other customers, then the banker didn't follow through with submitting the documents because she was out of the office for two days. Almost, as if this couldn't have been prevented. When someone's account is at risk of being frozen, you should do all you can to make sure their documents are received by compliance before the due date because it can cause a severe hardship for a customer when they cannot deposit, nor write checks. I hope this doesn't happen to another customer.Worst customer service ever received at a bank.

Worst customer service. Wait 30 minutes for any kind of greeting. Watched other patrons come in and leave because of lack of service. When I finally got a greeting and I explained my frustration they down played it. They would tell me nothing takes 5 minutes to do but yet my transaction did. The real frustration was the Chase employee behind her desk talking to a friend of hers and hearing her plan her night while trying to make it appear she was talking to a client. Unbelievable.

It's a sad day when the pet store is open but I can't cash a check to feed my pet because all the branches close exactly at 5 pm when the rest of the world is just getting off of work! Thanks for nothing Chase!
