This store is disgustingly dirty. Disorganized with stuff all over the floor. It needs to be under new management or closed. It's a disgrace to Dollar tree name.

This Dollar Tree is okay. Couldn't find an item I wanted. The staff person at check out gave me an incorrect aisle and a CUSTOMER led me to the CORRECT location!! Store had SEVERAL step ladders in the aisles which was a safety hazard to customers! Also, the line was LONG and there was only ONE lane open! Not an enjoyable or satisfying shopping experience!!!

Staff are friendly although it’s very hard to find what you need and the store is extremely dirty. Trash thrown in between aisles like a kid pushing laundry under their bed.

I checked the hours before driving out to the Frankfort store this morning. Online showed the store was open. I was the only one in the parking lot when I arrived at 820am. Signs on the door showed it opens at 9am. Is it that difficult to update the website? Who's responsible to ensure the customers are given the correct information? Why can't people just do their jobs? It's not that difficult, it's called doing the right thing!

Young dude working the register tonight didn’t say not a single word!!! no “hello” “your total is…” or “thank you” dude smelled like weed too. wasn’t wearing a name tag so idk his name but he was a light skin black kid rude as hell! punk

It's a good place to go to to run in and get dish soap, shower gel, foil pans, and school supplies. Unfortunately right now a lot of the shelves are completely empty I don't know if they're having a problem with deliveries.
