Listened to a supervisor (Pavi) belittle an employee on high volume with the f-bomb included. When I mentioned that kind of situation should be handled in private, she completely ignored me. Contacted headquarters and received no response. (Reader digest version.) My heart goes out to the employee's at this Frankfort location.

Visited this store Wednesday 12/24/25 the first complaint is that they advertise everything for a $1.00 which is incorrect they need to remove all the $1.00 stickers off the front windows. Then the staff needs customer service training you ask them about items and the attitude they gave while looking at you as you where bothering them made me think as to why they even chose so work at all. Items in this store are $1.50 each and should reflect that the n the outer walls nodes and not $1.00 which is false advertisement. The greeting card section reflected 2 for $1.00 which wasn’t the case when I went to check out at the register BUYER BEWARE IS MY ADVICE

This is a relatively New Dollar Tree in the area| Most times it has every item that I intend to purchase + more! I usually buy many more products than those I have on my shopping list! I Always Enjoy my trips to this Particular Dollar Tree!
