My mom, her best friend and I all came to Fuse last weekend to get our hair and makeup done for my brother’s wedding. Megan was our makeup artist and between the three of us, she accommodated our requests for the style of makeup we wanted with ease. She made us feel comfortable, relaxed and directed us effortlessly. Sam did my updo and was able to replicate the kind of style I wanted, making a few recommendations along the way. She made sure that I was happy with the process, which I was, and was ready to make any changes if needed. Debbie did my mom and her best friend’s hairstyles which they were highly satisfied with. By the end of the visit when we were met with the bill, we were surprised by how reasonable the pricing was for the amount of time they spent on the three of us. We will be recommending this location to anyone asking for salons to help them prepare for an event!!

Caitlyn (not sure if I spelled right) not only gave me the most beautiful, soft caramelly color, but was also very sweet and easy to talk to. I’m on day 3 of the style she gave me and it still looks amazing… I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Disappointed in my experience with Fuse as a whole. I booked a cut and color all over a few weeks ago and when I was on my way to the appointment, I was asked if I could come 30 minutes later than my original time because Ashley was running behind with another client, however my appointment was not even booked with Ashley. When I called back to let the front desk know that was okay with me, they told me thanks for being accommodating and that the male stylist (apologies for not knowing his name) would be seeing me shortly - again, I did not have an appointment booked with him either. They also called me on the phone twice by the wrong name so it was clear that was a huge mix up with whoever was working the front desk - but again fine no big deal. I arrive to my appointment and my stylist takes me back to dye my hair black. My stylist was very kind and did a great job cutting and styling my hair. However, not even two days later, I realized that there were large chunks of my original hair color left on the right side of my head. I called Fuse during business hours because I wanted the stylist to take a look at it and fix it - I even offered to pay her for her time as I know all the stylists are busy. Nobody took my call and it took almost 3 days for them to call me back. They left a voicemail saying they had some availability for me to come in during the week, so again I called them back to confirm a time to come back in. Again, nobody answered during business hours so I left a voicemail with dates and times that I was available to come back in. It has now been over a week and I’m assuming whoever is in charge at the front desk forgot to call me back. My hair has been colored for a little over two weeks and it looks ridiculous with all the original color that was left. I will not be returning to do business with this salon again. I do not fault the stylist as mistakes happen but whoever is managing the front desk is doing an incredibly poor job. Clients shouldn’t have to play phone tag to get something fixed for a mistake that was not their fault in their first place especially when I was willing to be accommodating in my own busy schedule to come back in AND pay extra to fix my hair.

Got my daughter hair braided with tinsel at the Fall Fest and the girl made it sound like it would be one price total and instead charged a much higher price when she was finished. And the braid is already falling out after 20 minutes.

I am truly devastated. After years of trying to find someone to help with my hair loss and damage I thought I had finally found a caring and wonderful stylist in Ashley. She was amazing. I called today to make my monthly treatment appointment and was told by the front desk worker that Ashley “was done” and would no longer see me because of all of my no shows. I have NEVER once had a no show. I did call last month WITH notice when I had to cancel an appointment she squeezed in for me because of an emergency with my son. I even double checked that the front desk would call her because she was coming from the city to make this appointment. They CONFIRMED they would contact her. The only reason I had that appointment in the first place is because I was never scheduled (as I requested when I made the appointment) to have sample extensions put in my previous appointment by the front desk. Ashley had mentioned then that there must have been a misunderstanding with the front desk. So apparently there, yet again, was a miscommunication and because the front desk did not communicate that, she would not call me back and no longer see me as a client. I do not understand how there is no record of this anywhere. This is not the first time a mistake was made. I have not been scheduled for services I requested 2 times before this but Ashley always found a way to make it work. I am so offended that it was assumed I was a no show instead of checking with the front desk first. Neither Ashley or a manager was available to speak about this tonight. I spend hundreds of dollars here every month for the past year and have always looked forward to my appointments. I truly appreciated how much she has helped me with my hair health and just confidence in general. I am devastated to say that she and Fuse has lost my business. I have never have been “shunned” by a hair stylist, let alone accused of being so inconsiderate to one as well. Do not go here if you would like to be valued as a customer. I am incredibly disheartened about this whole experience.

Booked a Hydrafacial with Lauren and could not have had a better experience. Lauren was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The facial itself was very relaxing and felt amazing! Super happy with the results!
Salon itself is adorable. There is a clothing boutique and a hair salon along with the med spa now offering Botox, hormone therapy, and weight loss treatments. The spa is very modern and clean. Would recommend 10/10!

My teenage daughter has been struggling with acne for 3 years and it was affecting her confidence. I took her to a dermatologist and another salon before a friend referred me to Lizette. She was great at explaining why the acne was forming and what she was going to do to get her reliable skin. It took about 3 months of going consistently to get extractions but my daughter's skin is clearer then it has ever been

I was really disappointed in my experience at Fuse. I booked my appointment for bridal makeup over a year in advance. I had my consult in august for an October wedding. Everything at the consult was fine, my makeup was beautiful. When I arrived the morning of my wedding, I was told that my make up artist was now double booked during my appointment time so instead of trying to accommodate anything at all or making an attempt to make it right, my makeup was squeezed into less than 30 minutes and I was rushed out the door. This is frustrating bc my appointment time was originally scheduled for 9:30 AM and I arrived at 9 with the rest of my bridal party, so if I had actually arrived at my scheduled appointment time, I wouldn’t have even been squeezed into that 30 minute slot. I was told that the other person that was booked during my appointment time was an elderly woman with a standing appointment so there was simply nothing that could be done. There was zero attempt to make any phone calls that morning to let myself or the other individual know that there was a mistake made. Upon arrival, I was also surprised to see that the rest of my bridal party had a completely different artist than who I originally booked them with, which I was never made aware of prior to arriving and seeing it. Typically I would not ever leave a negative review as I completely understand that things do happen and everyone is human and we all have off days. However, it was the day of my wedding, I felt my makeup looked flawless after my consult and wasn’t happy with it the day of my wedding and it was just an overall disappointment. There was no apology, no attempt to be accommodating, there was nothing. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and in the salon industry, they are acutely aware of that fact, so again - the entire experience was just an overall disappointment.
