Ordered a dishwasher and the store and vendor kept pushing the date for delivery. Never got the veterans discount, never got a call and they are still selling it to customers promising a delivery date they can’t meet.

Frankfort, IL store, Train your older employees some customer service, I needed a garage door seal and was right in the isle and bay, when an old timer RUDELY said were closed and go to the register. 40 min drive round trip and 1 min before closing I get the boot. I set down $500+ in Milwaukee tools and left one ANGRY ex-customer. I wish I had his name, I will be talking to that GM about this, Lowe's never does this to me!

CRAZY! I ordered shower doors online for pickup in store as website showed 1 in stock. Two hours later I get a call that they don’t have them so they’re canceling my order, I’ll have to place a new order at a different store . Next day the charge is still pending on my credit card even though order is canceled. Also almost 24 hours later they’re still showing 1 in stock. I call, the rep says they’re showing 2 in stock , transfers me to kitchen and bath dept to check. No one answers the phone. And btw, they don’t transfer stock between stores so I could be playing this silly game with all the stores. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!

As a Marine veteran I sincerely appreciate the reserved parking for veterans. And it’s not just one parking spot there are quite a few. Also the American flag at each spot hit home. Means more than your company knows. But that’s just outside. Inside I’ve always gotten the best service and the employees are always asking if they can help. If I need help they are very knowledgeable. If there is something that they don’t know they are quick to find another employee who does. Top notch!!!!

Sitting in electrical aisle and so fed up with lack of help I decided to post before going to Lowe’s. First I gather storage boxes for an organized closet. Then I look at do it yourself blinds. Aside from the fact they sucked and were ugly..not one clerk offered help. I then went to the custom blinds. I need around 17 of them plus something for patio door. Waited a half hour so then I go to look for the temporary lighting (something like a jumper or pig). Again no help. So that cart with crap in it in aisle 5 is a gift to you to put away.

We were looking for assistance in the flooring dept 2 weeks ago. I had to seek out assistance from several other depts. there were 4 other people looking for assistance in the flooring dept at the same time. Finally, after seeking assistance for the 3 time, we had someone answer a brief question, which resulted in “order it online”. When the order was placed, the email said, you will have your product within 5 business days... 7 days later we received an email that our product is sitting on the truck to be delivered this week. Customer service stinks and so does the online order/customer service. I will not return for purchases, simply for customer service and store assistance.
