I loved the Swedish massage I got but was very dissatisfied with my pedicure. There was no leg/foot massage and no parafin wax treatment offered! The nails were hardly worked on too!!

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I invested over $400 plus a $100 tip, expecting professional results and service, but unfortunately that was not the case.
1. Service Quality – My highlights came out yellow/orange and uneven, without proper toning or blending. The stylist also did not provide the blowout that was part of the service, and I was sent home with wet hair.
2. Follow-Up Visit – I had to return the next day just to receive a toner, yet again I left with wet hair. For the price, I expected a polished, finished look, not multiple trips and unfinished service.
3. Customer Care – When I raised my concerns with management, instead of an apology or solution, I was told that the stylist “shouldn’t have taken me because she stayed late.” This response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Overall, I left feeling undervalued as a customer, despite the significant amount of money and time spent. A simple acknowledgment and correction would have gone a long way, but unfortunately, that never happened.

Treat assistants horribly, overworked, deny time off, and more. Managers only care about personal gain. Pulled the stylist in their associate program away from her job mid doing my hair to yell at her, leaving her to come back breaking down crying. Mind you she came in all her days off and worked past scheduled hours. Its the stylists and workers that are kind not management.

I was looking for a new stylist and didn’t have much luck at other salons. My daughter came home with the most amazing highlights and she told me someone recommended Jeffrey LaMorte to her and particularly Cora as the stylist.
Well, I found my stylist and she is simply fantastic! Cora listens & gives great recommendations. She truly took time to understand what I wanted & my hair results with highlights, cut & style are gorgeous! I was disappointed with other salons that were pricier & highly recommended but had disappointing results. Cora really came through & is so professional & truly has a talent.
The salon itself has a professional & accommodating staff plus it’s very nice inside with excellent products & other services!
I’m so happy with Cora’s detail and as someone who lived in the city, the quality of stylists is like my previous downtown Chicago salon without the city prices. This will be my go to salon and finally found my stylist!

I have gone to many salons in my day and wasn’t always happy with my cut, but my search is over. Angie does a fabulous job cutting my hair and I finally walk out with a smile! I have curly hair and it is so hard to find a stylist that cuts it right, I am so happy I found Angie and the girls working there are so nice!!!! Thank-you!!!

When I started getting my hair done by Courtney at Jeffrey LaMorte I had had multiple problems with allergic reactions to hair dye for years with different stylists. Courtney figured out it wasn't as much of a reaction as a sensitivity based on the fact that my skin was absorbing a lot of the color and it wasn't being washed out properly. Not only have I not had reactions since I started going to her but the color is great, my hair looks healthy and shiny, and her cutting and styling technique is perfection! Everyone I have met at the salon is friendly and professional and they all seem happy to be working there. I highly recommend Courtney and the team at Jeffrey LaMorte Salon in Frankfort!

I had a fantastic experience for my facial with Cristy. A peaceful waiting area set the tone for the whole session. Cristy took the time to personalize the facial to the needs of my skin. She explained each step & product as the session went along. My skin was glowing & bonus for the relaxation that came along with it.

Cora has been doing my color for two years and she is fantastic! Every time I get my hair done, it is exactly what I want. I have been trying to achieve this color of blonde for years and get rid of my brass. When I started going to Cora, I finally was able to get the color I wanted. 5 stars!
