The La Tan in Frankfort is charging $25.00 for a level 1 bed and the face lamp hasn’t worked in years. You’re charging more for improvements, but there’s no visible evidence of that. Fix the face lamp.

This LA Tan would not honor their special. They are totally a bait and switch business. Everything is an up charge and every two seconds let me text my manager. I’m sorry, your sales tactics won’t work on this woman. I’llStick with Spray of Sunshine in Mokena!!

The girls are great.& lol at the woman who left a review "Critical: Professionalism" about her not wearing a mask as if it's not state mandated for you to wear a mask entering any establishment.

This was such a great experience coming here. I gave up going to tanning beds for a long time just because of the horrible service I've received in the past. It was such a relief and breath of fresh air having Taylor take care of me at LA tan. Great customer service and Taylor was very knowledgeable! I cannot wait to come back!

My favorite LA Tan to visit! The girls are so knowledgeable and kind! I drive past another LA Tan just to visit this location. The cleanest tanning salon i’ve ever been to! Would recommend to anyone!

Haven’t been here in 2 years... received a coupon in the mail for some deals, one of which was a free tan if I texted a number. I texted the number and received a message saying simply “show this message and get a FREE SUN TAN...” nothing about needing to be a new client anywhere. The only mention was a new client deal for 9.99 a month for unlimited. I was just turned away and the computer system said I was ineligible because I was here in May 2019. A waste of a trip. I was thinking about cancelling my membership at another salon up the street because this one was closer. Now I remember , vividly, why I stopped going here.

I’ve been going to this location a few times a week for the last couple years. The employees are so welcoming and conscious of my time, they always get me in and out quick! Their product knowledge is very helpful as well

Went into Frankfort location younger girl said you have a face mask ... i have a health related heart issues I can’t keep a mask on long ... WAS TOLD WITH OUT A MASK U CANT BE serviced !!! La tan needs to be trained inn having respect for customers with health related risk to wearing a mask to tan !!! Very ignorant and younge woman I left that la tan anger will call the better business Bureau of the fact of the treatment i delt with !!! Will never go to that location again!!!
